Biography: Emre Bulut was born on November 15, 1992 in Istanbul. He has been dreaming of becoming an actress since his high school years. “I wanted to study acting and theater at university. It didn’t happen because of some obstacles but it stayed with me. I didn’t want to apply to agencies without training. Hence, I studied acting first.” After completing his basic acting training at Academy 35.5 (Akademi 35Bucuk), he received camera acting training from different directors. He also participated in different workshops. Emre Bulut started his television journey in 2016 with his character of ‘Burak’ in the TV series ‘Winter Sun’ (Kis Gunesi). Emre Bulut believes that he needs to learn the technical terms to become a good actor. Therefore, he has learned these technical terms. He is a big fan of the Turkish movie Hababam Sinifi and he has watched this movie at least 10 times. He also wants to play the role of King Joffrey in Game of Thrones. He especially likes to read Nazim Hikmet’s poems. His favorite book is ‘The Stranger’ by Albert Camus. He listens to every genre of music that sounds good to his ears, such as arabesque, folk song, rock, and classical music. Emre Bulut loves being in nature and loves animals. He has two cats and used to have a dog when he was little. His height is 1.83 meters and his weight is 72 kg.
