  1. Absolutely a horrible turn to what promised to be a good show early on. To bring back Ali Nejat’s first love in the midst of a beautiful love story and create all the misery of people just destroyed the series. It was misery and more misery once Ever Eren and Murat came into the picture and worsened when Eylul showed up. Why did Ali even ask Naz to marry him when he clearly loved Eylul still? Christ! You don’t help a kid by making your life miserable. Murat won. He got his revenge and the company, too. I don’t plan on finishing season 3. It just made me sick to see how it was written. I sat through days and binged this series and wasted my life for that sorry ending or what I got to by ending before S3, E1 even finished. Just disgusted. It does not take a genius to figure out Murat killed Naz to get back at Ali. What was in the packet is a mystery because I won’t waste more time on this show. It’s sick! But, I will guess that Ali’s father was Murat’s dad and Tarik had Ali’s mother put away and called her dead to hide her betrayal. Last Turkish drama for me. What a waste.

  2. Just as the plot is unfolding, the series ends.
What a disappointment. Now we’ll never know the ending.
Why can’t they just edit out the ‘offending to the censor board’ part and continue the series?
Many want to know the ending. Many want to know the plot as it unfolds. But no… We are left hanging.

    1. I agree, very disappointing! I feel upset Evil netflix evil agenda politics has done this. I completely understand Turkey sticking with its laws. but can’t they cut it out? I want to know what happens

  3. They don’t send Kaan to school. Really?
And all the whining from Kaan and Isot… Has become very old.
I suppose if it were to be a true story, Kaan would be like Isot later in life… Moaning, groaning and whining and entittled.
This movie… Shows very bad parenting.

  4. Besides naz and Ali a dub. I wanted to see that crazy murt get his day and get smashed. All the things he done and no pay for it was wrong writer’s lost all since of writing was all wrong…. especially not letting naz and Ali get together and marry. Just wrong….

  5. My heart just broke and the movie just ended when naz was killed I wanted all this time for her and the love of her heart to get married and all three live happy but it was a wrong move to me to make her die.. why why….please bring her back somehow…..they belong together…..make it end right…….

  6. Having watched and thoroughly enjoyed the series ‘The Tailor’ I looked for more Turkish dramas on Netflix and came across this particular one. Like so many others I became totally addicted and invested in the characters – I’ve binged watched the first two series, staying up until the middle of the night on more than one occasion. I loved the developing relationship between Ali Nerjat and Naz, and Kaan just brilliantly portrayed, what a treasure. The storylines on the whole were interesting, and the characters mainly believable. I did eventually ‘fast forward’ the sections in the garage with the apprentice Isot , it seemed to me to be just filling time and didn’t add anything to the storylines. But like a lot of comments on here the latter part of the second series seemed to loose its way. I thought the fact that Ali and Naz never kissed properly was perhaps Turkish culture, but no, when Ali kissed the ‘ex’ it was ‘full on’. Speaking of the ‘ex’ she came across as rather insipid and immature and no match at all for Naz – from what we’d seen previously I can’t believe Ali’s character would so easily give up Naz. His worsening neglect of Kaan would be a case for social services in the UK and who knew so many people sleep on sofas in Turkey. Now the dilemma – to watch or not to watch the 3rd series? from what I’ve read the 3rd series is a disaster with so many loose ends and unlikely characters appearing, I can’t bear to think that Ali and Naz don’t get back together so I’m going to give up now and imagine that Ali, Naz and Kaan all lived Happily Ever After.

  7. I loved the first season and I was disgusted when they brought an old flame from the past to completely destroy the beautiful relationship Ali and Naz were building. It’s ridiculous. Ali seems really sincere in his feelings for his Son, his family, which are all nuts, and Naz, who is such a sweet and loving person, but then he suddenly becomes someone else!? What? Why?Feyza is nuts and so is murat, and their storyline was like listening to nails on a chalkboard!
Cringe… Someone buy that guy a pair of nail clippers as they literally turned my stomach!
The way they made Ali completely forget about his love for Naz is shocking and you feel cheated at this point and wonder of you completely wasted your time watching this show.
It’s crazy how you can have a fabulous show with amazing characters just to see it all go down in flames.
A sad finish to what was a great story.

  8. I love it. I must be a slow reader, miss most of the subtitles so I get the gist of it. Watching it because I watched Ali in another series before this one. He is so captivating. Hope he has a happy ending. I hate it when a series doesn’t have a proper ending.

  9. I just finished watching the series on Netflix and I love the series. However, I feel like the story missed the ending. I give a big thumbs up to the acting of Ibrahim Celikkol and Saadet Aksoy. These two have tremendous chemistry! Such great actors! I googled Saadet and just realized that she is critically acclaimed internationally and she has so many acting awards to her credit. I wish that there will be more projects for Ibrahim and Saadet. I love their chemistry

  10. The ending of this drama was like when you are having a pic nic and a storm comes and everyone has to run away leaving everything behind.

The time each episode takes of some of the characters thinking (8Min) or walking from one place to another or making a decision could have been shortened to give time for a better ending, TOOOOOO long for this dissapointment.

  11. Hi Everyone! Well what can I say…I have watched the series now 3 times and every time my emotions are just ripped apart with the death of Naz and the trauma that Kaan has had to endure. Trust me the Kleenex tissues are lying all over the place everytime!

I have read and absorbed every review on this site and there is only one conclusion WE NEED A SEASON 4, we need all the loose ends wrapped up for closure! We need a return of Naz in whatever form, whether it was all just a dream or whether her death was faked. We need a happy ending to what could have had the potential of being a really fantastic Turkish Series, with great ratings. This CAN be achieved.

Now…I realise time has passed, actors have aged BUT there is always a way to get passed that. I am really passionate to pursue this. Has anyone got ideas of who one can approach to discuss the possibility? I even have a great storyline that I could share with a scriptwriter, but where to find a scriptwriter that will be willing to respond to a request from just an ordinary person, like me? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Let´s have an exciting comeback of Intersection/Kordugum… why not?

  12. I want the ending of Ibrahim Celikkol’s drama series will be happily ever after together with his loved ones. Like the series in Iffet, Cemil (Ibrahim Celikkol) dies. So disappointing. I am a real BIG fan and ever dying fan of Ibrahim…So please stay HAPPY at the end of the story.

  13. I am so disappointed with the way the show ended. There was no closer to the characters relationships with each other. I am hopeful there will be something more added to give the series a sensible ending.

    1. I agree with Anita.

I just finished watching Intersection on Netflix. Love it, Love it, Love it.

I did not like the ending. Murat sat on the wheelchair, Takik took his revenge, but left Murat on a Helipad! and then What?

      What will happen next!

You can’t have viewer’s hanging without not knowing what is going to happen to Murat!
Does Tarik get caught with his dispicable act which he pulled! There are so many questions. But, we will never know!

  14. The ending of this series was so disappointing; the writers should NEVER be allowed to write again!
They took what could have been a beautiful story about evolving and recovering from tragedy and ruined it by bringing back an ex. Fans watched Ali Nejat Karasu evolve and the love between him and Naz grow, and in the ended he did her wrong! For someone who loved his son so much, his charter ended up putting her happiness before anything else. This series started off so promising and ended up in so much disappointment. As a fan, Im sorry I wasted my time watching it.

  15. I am finding that the Turkish and spanish series are so worth watching. Some you have to watch with subtitles but are marvelous. So Netflix. Telemundo bring on more! The only exception is Yelliowstone and Virgin River.

  16. Just reading through the comments and nearly died laughing at the abuse heaped on both sides of the so-called Romance.. the only problem with this series was the absolutely incompetent insane scriptwriters

  17. Best actor Tisot, who is this actor real name? To me I was very interesting watching his actuation🤗Geeat actor! I want to see more of him please.

  18. Intersection on Netflix is so entertaining I am watching the series a second time. I normally don’t like watching TV or Movies with English subtitles but I managed to read while getting a quick glimpse of the actors expressions. Subtitles need to stay on the screen a little longer Great actors, orchestrations & locations are beautiful. The child actor that plays Kaan is so believable but I’m so disappointed season 4 won’t air and answer the unanswered questions.
What happened between Naz giving the engagement ring back to Ali and the next episode shows Naz setting up the wedding preparations? No explanation.

    1. I read an article that said the couldn’t get an agreement between the distributor and the Turkish government regarding a Gay actor appearing in the 4th season.

  19. The ending of this series was so painful to watch. How was Ali able to move on so easily even when he knew that he caused her death.I wish he never pressured naz into a relationship with him even when she begged him to give her time..so many loose ends..I’m also wondering why he got back again with her even after she broke off their engagement and in the end he was going to break her heart on the day of their “supposed” wedding

  20. In the 1st season it was an ideal love story..& why can’t we have a happy ending!!! There’s enough nonsense happening in our lives in reality! To break up such a beautiful pair & a show that had the makings of a great love story…totally crashed and burned. They should have just ended it at Season 2 with the lead pair getting married.

    1. I just started watching it on Netflix and I am disappointed it won’t have a happy ending. I wish there was a list of series where the ending is destroyed so I don’t even commit to them. Glad to see your review. I will only watch until they get married,

    2. I agree. I loved the first two seasons but the 3rd season was disjointed with only 5 episodes that never really answered a lot of questions. I ended up being so disgusted with Ali’s inability to “Man Up” for 10 days before the wedding. I am so glad NAZ didn’t live to see his desire to break up the night before the wedding. Ibrahim Celikkol, who plays Ali, is “drop dead” good looking and I am sure he knows it. With his divorce in May 2022 one wonders if life is imitating art…

  21. Is there going to be a season 4….this ended very badly…Is it true that Naz wanted out of the show and that’s why they killed her off…

  22. The thing is,Eylul and Ali Nijet didn’t break up, she left because she felt guilty over the death of her nephew, Boris. She didn’t return to break up his relationship with Naz, although Naz was feeling insecure when she saw a photo of eylul that Ali Nijet still kept in a box. When Elylul found out that Ali was getting married, she didn’t set out to destroy their relationship, she was actually leaving the country heartbroken but as things turned out Ali couldn’t let her go, he still loved her and Elylul still had feelings for Ali and not just romantically, she also cared for the dreams he had for building a car. To be fair, Ali did try to continue his relationship with Naz but she was too selfish; she could tell he still had feelings for Elylul so she wanted to speed up their departure even though the problems with Ali’s family was nearing boiling point. How does one turn their back on the family? Should his priorities be only for himself, Naz and Khan? Naz was feeling the pressure of having another woman in the relationship. The scenes at the hospital, in the car and at the airport leading up to Elylul’s departure was blatantly clear they still cared deeply for each other and I literally did a “high five” when he rushed to the airport to stop her from leaving. Alexandra, sometimes stories become real because what happens in movies relate a lot to how humans behave and makes us feel happy, sad, angry, insecure, frustrated, overwhelmed or for me simply enjoying a great story; it’s like reading a great novel, the series had everything in it and the actors did a great job; life is not always so complicated. If my husband left me for his ex, of course I’ll be hurt and probably cry for a long time but at the end of the day would I want to be with that kind of guy who does that?

    1. Ali and Naz were meant for each other based on the storyline from the writers. Every time they call a quit, they got back together. Ali’s ex did not returned home because of her ❤️ for Ali, all these years she ever connected him, although she knew that he the accident affected him too, that not love, Ali’s ex is selfish, even Ali dismissed her love…. He told Naz that the only reason he had loved his ex because Naz was not in his live then, especially if they had this great love…she never stayed so that they can healed each other… Ali and Naz bonded under great tragedy and they were healing each other… Remember the scenery at the Inn, when they had a deep conversation and also at the cabin… they said, they understood each other and they got closer… Remember Naz supported Ali that he sold his shares and to pursue his dreams, but because of the constantly nasty fights with Murat, remember what she told Murat? and her ❤️ for Ali, that why she tried to project him, even Ali understood that and told his ex… it’s because of her evil brother, Enver, who had set out to destroy the father and Ali, Enver and Murat team up to destroy the family, Enver had spies at the office and home… he got Ali throw into prison… Enver was the one who called his sister to come back after he listened to Ali at his son’s gravey.. Ali’s ex never came back for him, when she heard that he was engaged to be married, she set out to break it up… suckling movement s she did, called him those Godly hours, knowing that he was engaged, pretending that she is concerned, even though her brother told her to wait for more evidence… went to his house although he told her he cannot see her, at the hospital… she knew his weakness was the car and she played him, it it was her dream, why didn’t she started the project or contacted him all these years about it… she could’ve WhatsApp him the drawing like what she did at the airport… Ali was blinded… the writers made Ali confused and the series became confused at the episode 12and 13. They writers should have stayed with the original screen, they wanted too much drama, and because Belcim was leaving the show… they didn’t know how to do edit her out… they were so many ways to do that but because of that the show tanked and left many things hanging… poor Kaan the writers let him suffered, so much…Enver again stepped in to mash up Ali’s live, who on the eve of someone’s wedding, call to ask if he could stop his ex from leaving? even Ali said that every time that he is happy someone ruined it… the timeline of Ali’s ❤️ to his ex is off… and when Kaan was born…did Ali’s affair with Kaan’s mom was when he and his ex were together? because because the math on Kaan age see like he had affair.. sand his nephew was six or seven when he died …lool, this series was blinded…. This series wasted by time… no wonder the ratings went down and so many negatives…

    2. I can point to many inconsistencies in this series that showed that Ali’s ex was inserted without much thoughts… The storyline was always about Ali and Nazs forming a family with Kaan… Naz met Kaan at the hospital, she helped him overcome his fears about injection, that Kaan used it to help Ali relaxed when they took the blood test together…. Naz was in a broken relationship with Umut although both Ali and Naz were attracted to each other from Italy… she tried to keep her marriage together.. but never worked.. when she became pregnant, she tried to put a distance between she and Ali, tried with Umut and the rest is history… because Belcim decided to leave the show, for whatever reasons, the writers should’ve ended it at season 2 with Naz and Ali got married… Nazs suffered so much mentally as well as Ali… that why Naz’s friend told her that They were meant to heal each other… and Nazs must not be afraid to start a new life with Ali… so it was unfair for the writers allow her to go through that suffering again, it was painful to watched her during though those screens at of the marry broke up.. she have to suffer again the same faith she did when Umut broken off the marriage… Ali was the one who pursued her even though she begged for time to get over her divorce… it was really heart rendering to hear Ali said he was breaking up with Nazs… it made no sense… season 3 was a wasted of money and the viewers time…

    3. No! No! No! The return of Eylul signaled the end of Ali and Naz who were so in love until she showed up and kept on showing up wherever he was with her love-sick, puppy-dog face, then he turned into a doleful, depressed wimp. He let his troll of a father beat him down continuously and kept going back for more. I was disappointed in how spineless and hopeless Ali became, spending a good part of the series acting lethargiic, staring into space and just “giving up”. This could have been the best mini-series on Netflix with a few tweaks in the script. Killing off Naz really disturbed me and the abrupt end to the series disturbed me even more because Nothing was resolved. Can’t they just get a replacement for the Gay actor and get on with the movie….why does “politically correct” have to be injected into every facet of society. We need to see some happy endings once in a while.

  23. They ruined the séries. Killing Naz? And that stupid Eylul Just comes like if there was nothing and completely ruins the relationship? Ok she and Ali Nejat had a past but sehe completely detroied the relationship with Naz!!!! She came with fake angel movements like as if she was só sweet and destroyed their relationship.
If Ali really needed Naz and he said in one episode that he never had felt that before for no one!!! It was a lie. If he had that early relationship he should have dealt with it before he entered Naz life and did what he did. And its not True like someone said in the comments…. That Naz didnt let him pursue his Dreams!!! She didnt want him to do the projecto Just because she was seeing that it was making Ali s life mísera lê!!!!! And the stupid Aylul was supporting him because it was HER project to and she would also make her dream come. I had aot of anger with the end of the séries. Horrible. Beside they had a good argumento some of the scennes were to long with the melodrama music etc etc. They had a lot of things Who didnt had rapport and it ended the worst way possible. No good

    1. I don’t see it the same way, I thought Naz was such a drama queen. I am watching the part where Umut jumped in the sea, and Naz thought he had died. OMG, she was so painful to watch, the way she cried and lied around the couch, I just about threw up. If she missed Umut that much then why did she divorce him. She is so fake. I was glad they wrote her off. I wonder if she would love Kaan the way she did if Ali Netjet wasn’t his father. There were so many things she did that I thought she was so selfish and self centred. I agree with you about Eylul. She annoyed me too, both she and her brother. Her brother did some strange things. Sending Nelosnan and Ogiuz to spy on the Karasu family and the business. I mean what that all about.

      1. As Naz always said Umut was always her best friend. That marriage of adolescents turned in to a friendship relationship not quite a marriage anymore. She cried becsyse she felt guilty because she new that Umunt was still attatched to her. Me for example im separated from tge father of my daughter it has been 9 years now and if he dies of course i would cry to!!! Fir my daughter for me for tge things we have been trought in spite that he doesnt me nothing to me!! And when Naz made ali nejat choose was because her own marriage with Umut had suffered with the dream of Umut about cars that was why. And Mr. Ali nejat was so stupid about the appearance of the ex. I remember he said to Naz tgat was the 1st time tgat he felt like that. Bullshit like all men say when thry want to conquer someone. And in real life it was Naz who asked to leave the serie not tge contrary.

    2. I actually started fast forwarding through a lot of those long melodramatic music scenes. I also had to take a break because I was afraid I was going to whack my screen if saw another melodrama, rather than just drama. lol

  24. I absolutely loved this series up until season 3 I am so disappointed how they ended the series how Naz was killed and all the new characters just a disaster! DISAPPOINTED!

  25. Agree with the view that this show’s ending was a total misfire. Ali Nijat was incredibly deceitful and used Naz more as a babysitter for his son. Very disappointing storyline, as it could have been a much richer show. To introduce his teenage/college lover as the ‘woman’ who will raise his son with him, and kill off his fiance who was an accomplished woman in her own right was dumb. Yes they shared a history – their love of cars and designs, the death of their nephew, but neither he nor she had depth in character or personality.

Ali Nijat’s house, though, was fire!!!!

    1. Well said. I thought Elylul was a pretty young woman that was shallow and I do believe she did come back to see if she could ignite the former romance. Look closely at some of her facial expressions. She replies in a coy manner as if she is totally innocent. But she went after Ali several times. If Ali ends up with Elylul I believe the flame will die out quickly. They share a love for fast cars, other thrills and the design and execution pf them. She seems to be much younger than Ali and too irresponsible for raising Kaan.

  26. Beautiful show with beautiful cast and unfortunatelly catastrofic ending. They had great material to made easily 4 seasons and had great ending. Episode 5 looked like somebody cut funding end ended show prematurely! So sad for that! Total dissapointment!

  27. I was suspecting a bad ending so, in order not to get really pissed off, I watched the last 15 minutes of the drama to realise that the end was a real mess, after all those hours watching faithfully what was a pretty good drama, I would have hated seeing such a bad ending. They should have kicked out the authors.

  28. Agree with the other viewers who wrote that the ending of the show was a total disaster. Just plain silly and unnecessary. Tarik not being a father ar the end of the series is a weird twist since the past two seasons showed his slow human reform towards his kids and grandchild. Then all of a sudden he’s capable of killing Naz?

We never find out who exactly shot Naz? She had recognized her killer yet the finale does not bring closure on any of their plot twists. Enver’s illegitimate daughter as a side twist is so unbelievable and totally useless in the plot. And evil Murat does not get to face Feyza or anyone else he’s destroyed. And why did they bring Eylul into the second series without any reference (if she was so connected to Ali Nejat and the fatal accident)?

Finally what was the point to also bring in Ali Nejat’s missing mother Sureyya? She looks younger than her own daughter by the way so the casting was way off on that character. I think the writers of the final season were too busy smoking too much hashish for their own good. Brilliant acting from most of the cast but sadly they couldn’t save the awful finale.

    1. Agree 100% this movie ended dumb. Writers must have been somewhere else in there mind so many things left hanging and killing naz was unbelievable just out of the blue…..should at least had a good ending so sad…. after a long long movie I lost sleep watching and then naz died the movie ended right there. I was so sad…….

  29. That was the worst ending in the history of TV shows I have ever seen. How disappointing!!! After two weeks of neglecting my children to get through this series, I am not only disgusted and disappointed but my children will never get that quality time back with me.

    1. I on the other hand wasted three nights of binge watching while depriving my self of sleep. There’s was something odd about Ali and Naz never kissing in their scenes. It was more of hugs and pecks, compared to Ali and Elyul

  30. That’s a shame!!! I think the writer forgot why he wrote the scrip, lack of continuity…I am wondering what was this story really about🙄🙄🙄🙄

  31. After viewing this series with its 2-1/2 hour episodes!, I’m still wondering why I spend so much time on it. Seasons 1 and 2 were fine. It explored Turkish cultural and romantic relationships that are not familiar with western societies, especially the Americans. Very little is know about modern Turkish society in America. On the relationship between Naz and Ali, did anyone see them passionately kiss? So we have Turkish TV standards and social norms that, quite frankly, at least for Americans, are found to be quite refreshing.

On plot development, not so good. And character development over plot timeline, not so good either. The last half of the series seemed forced and the plot rather disconnected as the various mini-plots weaved in and out. The last season was a complete re-write of the series previous two seasons with its own plot development that didn’t support the first two seasons’ main plotline.

For example, the character, Naz, was almost seared into the viewer’s consciousness. What value to the previous two seasons does her character’s death have? If she had been, say, a soldier and in the third season, she was killed, yes, there’s a connection that supported the viewer’s concern that she could die. But Naz’s death, on the eve of her marriage, connected to a new character that suddenly was thrown into the plot mix, was a prime example of poor script development abilities. Reading the comments testifies to this.

There’s an unwritten rule in the entertainment industry that you keep the viewer’s trust and best interest at heart when telling the story. It may be a surprising tragedy that pulls at the hearts of the viewer but that trust is there and the viewer carries on. If the storytelling suddenly harms this trust, the viewer’s feelings will be anger directed towards the storyteller…. not the villain. This is not a skill set a writer wants to be remembered by.

First and foremost, this is a story to entertain the viewer, be it a comedy or a Shakespearian tragedy. The comments certainly don’t reflect entertainment. It reflects a cheap shot at the viewers’ expense.

    1. I thought exactly the same thing. If Ali and Naz were so passionate about each other, why wasn’t there a kiss scene or something close? It was more of hugs and pecks on the cheeks. Unlike Ali and his ex. Also Ali’s acting romantically towards Naz wasn’t as deep as that of Elyul. He didn’t put much effort to portray how much he loved Naz on screen! Could it be he was more attracted to Elyul on screen, (regardless of the story line ) looked more like he was tripping over Elyul on screen and off screen

  32. It was never about Ali Najet and Naz. Naz was a married woman who was attracted to Ali Najet and left her husband for him. When she was pregnant she was not that thrilled about it because it would mean she would have to remain with Umut, however, she lost her child and she found a great reason to reach out to Ali Najet who really needed her because of his son Kaan.

Naz was awful, self centered and totally un-supportive. She made Ali Najet give up his dream of building a car, watched him farewell his staff and closed his business; she was totally unaware of the magnitude of what she desired and what she made Ali Najet do; she was a bully.

However, Ali Najet’s real love was Eylul. This love story is between Ali Najet and Eylul. Their love story, their break up and their hearts that never stopped loving each other. Eylul had been living overseas with the guilt of her dead nephew and it was her brother who asked her to return to Turkey.

It was obvious at their first meeting that Ali Najet and Eylul still cared for each other and as the series continued with Eylul in it, she was the caring and sensitive one, she did not want to hurt Ali Najet or Naz, she didn’t play any childish games and was thoughtful in her actions by making sure her presence was not going to cause any problems and she was going to leave; not once did we see her trying to break up Ali Najet and Naz.

As for Ali Najet, Eylul was the woman he needed to fight for him and understand him; support him and be on his side. All Naz wanted was for Ali Najet to forget about helping his family and forget about his sister’s troubles with Murat and forget about everything he cared about and just concentrate on her and Kaan.

There was not a lot of story about Naz as a doctor; it would have been good to see her strength in that field but she was made to look less attractive as the series went on, she looked dull and frumpy esp the scene outside the manor when Eylul was there to see Fayzer and Naz was waiting outside with Kaan. Eylul looked tall, slim and elegant while Naz looked short, frumpy and tired.

It was inevitable Ali Najet and Eylul would get back together; it was love torn apart by tragedy and why would Ali Najet go to the airport and begged her not to go if he did not love her. And the kiss on the beach, it was a beautiful scene, he still loved her, she still loved him; there was pain in-between their love but the attraction was still there; that is their love story.

As for Murat, he made the series and so did Feyza, they were both wonderful in agitating the hell out of me; many times I wish I could slap Feyza.

And in the beginning of the third series I was sad to think Ali Najet was marrying Naz and the scene with Eylul crying in the woods was the most heartbreaking scene of the series, she really did sacrifice her love not just for Naz but also for Kaan.

Ali Najet did not love Naz; but was marrying her for the sake of Kaan but at the last minute he just couldn’t do it, he didn’t want the risk of losing Eylul again

As for all the other characters, they were all brilliant in their own stories, loved it all, the overwhelming love and sadness of Naz’s mum when Naz died, the sensitivity of Genco for the baby and Gorche and I love it that they named her Naz (because she was their family first when she was married to Umut) and of course Kaan, who never actually grew up in the series, he remained immature, failed to comprehend what had happened and just loved Naz and Eylul in the same way.

Even the staff at the manor were lovely and sincere, good to see some storyline around them and their lives blended in the series and as for the father that wasn’t, the mother who returned, the daughter who appeared out of the blue and disappeared again…it all remains in our imagination what happened next.

The death of Naz in episode three proved my point that the love story was not about Naz and Ali Najet but between Ali Najet and Eylul…remember the scene after he broke up with Naz where he ended up at the same place as Eylul? That was no coincidence, he went where his heart was and how did he know where to find her? well, it’s called love.

That was a great show, loved it.

    1. Obviously you are one of the writers and you needed some type of justification for a total character and plot assassination.

      1. Wow!! I should take that as a compliment; the truth of the matter is that the show was so enjoyable and whoever wrote the subtitles did a fantastic job, and this is the first time I’ve reviewed a series because I was just blown away with the actors, story and everything in-between and literally did a standing ovation. Thanks for your comment, thrilled to gauge a response and no, I’m not one of the writers but they are brilliant don’t you think?

        1. I am not a writer of the show…lol…. but i also found Naz’s character to be quite self centered. YES she supported one man with his dream that didn’t pan out but that doesn’t mean you destroy another man’s dream. the start of the show was really good. Also i don’t understand why EYLUL got so much hate. Initially the characters were well rounded even with all there flaws. But god knows what happened in season 2 and 3, it felt like completely different people. I mean if they had just stuck to the amazing chemistry and story of growth between a father and son (kaan and Ali nejat) and (Ali nejat and tarik karasu) respectively. The show would have been a great watch but instead all this unnecessary scheming and twists!!!

        2. My wife and I watched this series and found Naz to be the opposite of what you described. And your last comment about love?… this was a drama series that was badly written. I don’t think the writers had any idea about an ending until they got there and the twist with killing Naz off was, frankly, unnecessary.

        3. Ali Nijat turns out to be a wimp. Ill kempt and totally confused towards the end. He makes sure Naz marriage breaks , uses her as a surrogate mother to Kaan and then , is all set to dump her unceremoniously. And Eylul gets on your nerves. She walks in to ali Nijats life like a breeze unmindful of his engagement to Naz and Ali Nijat displays classic lack of character in getting back with her. The last 5 episodes were a mishmash. Kaan and Umut stand out with their performances and it’s Naz who walks away with the viewers sympathy

    2. Anne Hunkin, I totally agree with your analysis. I found Naz to be the Queen of Drama Queens. She came across as somebody who thought she was all that and more, when she unfortunately just faded into the background. Even hated those mi I dresses she wears which did not do anything for her. Eylul was beautiful and supportive of Ali. They made a good pair., besides you can’t argue with affairs of the heart. I heated Murat, glad to see her got his come uppance.
My favourite of course Ali Nejet and Kaan. I also enjoyed the servants. Love the last 2 series, probably because there was no Naz. Wish the lawyer Nihlan played the part of Naz. I think she would have been better suited. Just saying.

      1. Hi.My name is Ratish Krishnan. l am from India and just scanning thru net flix l started to watch Intersection with my wife. My wife had a huge crush on Ali nijat.and so did l. We loved the story line except for Season 3. l must say all the star cast was amazing to watch. the story was well cooked.it was nice to learn about the Turkish culture. The manor and the sets were beautiful and well picturised. Coming to Season 3. l always thought that Ali and Naz were the main story. If Naz had to leave the serial they could have killed her instantly by an accident. ( not so melodramatical)……The way Ali projected his love for Naz should have remained till the last. Enver would then tried to persuade Ali to marry eylul and help kaan build his life with his 3 so called mother….this would have left a good taste in the mind of the viewers. l hope the writers will make note of the same…..The twist that Karasu was not the real father and he killing Murat at the end left a little bad taste. Non the less a good star cast and l enjoyed it. Naz and Nesilan was my fav character. so was ummut. Wish l could convey my appreciation to the star cast. With lots of love from India.

    4. You are wrong the story was about Naz and Ali. The end was lije this because the actress who playied Naz asked to keave the series. Naz didnt left her husban because of ali nejat dhe left her husban because they were always fighting and Umut was always doing stupid things and was overdominat in womens matters. And Eylul it was not tgat inocent she came like those fake angels that didnt want no harm and ruined everything. If you think it was ok Eylul appear like that imagine now that an ancient girfriend of your husben apoears right know and would left you and family because the ex was your husband real love??? I eoukd you feel??? And if Naz was not is real love why was he after her until he conquered her? And if he was not in love with Naz is it correct to tell her only the day before the marriage?? He was an opportunist that only got back with her because of Kaan. I work with cinema so i can tell that this argument was adapted because of the leaving of the actress who perfirmed Naz and during serie to mantain audience they where creating plots and changes to do so. Its not well done

  33. I’m a huge fan of this show and absolutely hated Season 3. The writers and producers bungled up the story line of the beautiful and strong characters, not to mention, the depth of emotions, conveyed in the first two seasons.

Anyone watching this series can clearly see that the storyline continues when the dialogues stop – the actors express the unsaid emotions superbly and one can feel the passions and intensity of emotions in Seasons 1 and 2. You can’t help but fall in love with Ali Nejat Karasu by the end of Season 2 only to have him turn into a immature lad who can’t see beyond his nose. All along, he is such an astute, strong, dignified and classy human being only to be reduced to a complete fool in Season 3 throwing away all the happiness he has worked so hard to finally gain in his personal life. Ali and Naz couldn’t be better suited for each other and even a blind man can see that he needs her. I can’t believe that Ali Nejat would throw away his future and that of his son’s, for his past dalliances – speaks very poorly of Eylul and shows her immaturity too.

While Enver is a man of great character and strength, him not advising his sister in the matters of the heart doesn’t speak well of him especially when he’s fully aware of Ali’s life with Naz and Kaan. It makes one feel like Ali is still fair game. At least, the writers should have included a serious conversation between Ali and Eylul where he’s telling her he’s moved on; not that mushy puppy-love scene by the elevator. Everything goes downhill from that point onwards.

Ibrahim Cellikol and Belcim Bilgin are superb actors; but then again, so is everyone else. While watching it, one forgets that they’re actors and they become the characters themselves – something that’s really hard to do.

    I’m re-watching it on Netflix!

    1. Naz suffered so much mentally and physical abused by her ex-husband and Ali knew what she went through because he was there and for him to decide to break off with Naz the night before the wedding was just out of character for Ali. When Naz broke off the engagement, the way Ali handled it was also out of character. The writers were cruel to Naz and Kaan. Evil got the better of good. None of the evil guys were exposed. The writers all of a sudden painted Enver as a good person, when he was evil, he teamed up with Murat to destroy Ali and his family. Ali is such a simply person in a big man’s world, that he believes everything that is put before him… no wonder ratings and funds were down. The writers made a mess of a beautiful story.

  34. Season 3 was nothing short of a Disgrace.. it made no sense, people were coming in and out of the show, the whole thing with the Mother of Feyza and Ali Nejat was ludicrous to say the least and at the every end he looked unkempt and like the ‘wild man of Borneo’ he was like a Gorilla, and nothing like the suave, well dressed fellow during Seasons 1 and 2. He and Naz had broken up but then, Hallo, they are getting married, albeit he wants to cancel the wedding the night before, even though tables are all set. . When did they make up?????? then she was killed. . as someone said earlier, if she had another acting gig, at least finish the movie before leaving.. It should have ended with a lovely Turkish wedding and lovely Turkish music .. Everyone was unhappy and to me, it seems as though they crammed a whole season in 5 episodes.. and each one worse than the one before.. I liked the actor who plays Ali Nejat but the script writers lost the plot, literally and figuratively..

  35. I am watching the series right now. But will not continue. Having read the comments. I will be so sad to see Ali and Naz separated that way

  36. Same thing here…with girlfriend/Naz like a brother n.sister romance…with ex like a lover..don’t ustand at all. If naz character already cut off in season 3 at beginning..how to write a story of them together in season 4🤔

  37. Stopped when Ali proposed to Naz. From everything written about this story, it just got really stupid and poorly written. Having recently watched KaraPara Ask – too many “ love stories” too many visits to the cemetery , one even uncle and an especially evil father, and of course, both have pill popping sisters!!
Intersection could have been much much better.

  38. I still believe Elyul with her brother are still up to no good – if by any chance there is season 4 I think she is just there to disrupt Ali Nejat’s life. I would like Naz back and Kaan back to his second mom. That devious men Murat should come back in a wheelchair, he has a nation of enemies him and Ali Nejat’s father. I would like to see what happens to Umut and the girlfriend. Please there’s a lot of gaps!

  39. To me the show seemed to have 2 different writers 1 for season 1&2 and the other for season 3.
Loved everything in season 1&2 – 3 made me angry – I had questions for each and every corrector.
Whoever wrote season 3 needs to start that season over again. It is shocking how he/she ended everything.
to me it looked like they were running out of the money but wanting to end on high – well it did it just made the viewers angry. I agree with everybody, I didn’t like the part of Eylul – why killing Naz that way – what happen to Murat with his devious actions. What happened to the father – the mother – and what’s up with Fazel. Poor Kaan, all of his work for his unappreciative father . Ali needs to wake-up from his nightmare, he can’t jump from the relationship to another easy like that even if he did not love Naz, which I don’t believe.

  40. How did a beautiful love story suddenly become so violent with fist fights and murder? Season 1 & 2 was excellent.. Season 3 was disastrous.. How can the writers come up with these sinister story telling. Ali Nejut was portrayed as a spoilt brat, cold and calculated with no feelings in Season 3.

  41. Very disappointed with season 3. The love Ali Nejat and Naz had in season 1& 2 then become nothing in season 3 Ali Nejat had no emotion when she died, it was dreadful. It was the most weirdest storyline concerning them. The rest was ok.

  42. So sorry I started watching Intersection if I knew the way it was cut off on Season 3 episode 5. I lost a lot of sleep. I am very disappointed.

  43. Grown to love Turkish movies and aware that some movie endings can leave you feeling as if there should be more.
    However, what was this?!!
Totally disappointed and now having to wait for Series 4. Come on, really?!
It had such good story lines, except killing off Naz and the cold Ali Najets response.
It somehow did not quite fit the previous episodes with such an abrupt ending with no follow through.

    Series 4 please ASAP.

  44. I agree with all of the above comments. I was an avid watcher of series one and found their serious love so addictive. He loved the bones of Naz how could he just dump her for such an inert piece of empty flesh who he had a teenage crush on and left him years ago. He had an incredible beautiful in Naz. Series 3 absolute unbelievable rubbish such a shame sack the writer .

  45. Well as other comments have noted Ali Nejat was quite weird in the ways that he dealt with love and his love ones. Lot of very peculiar events occurred in season 3. Very disappointing ending

  46. I loved seasons 1 & 2 but 3 was a total loss. Very poorly (or not at all) thought-out before producing Season 3. What kind of ending was that?!

  47. Season 1 and season 2, through episode 6, were incredible – among the best I’ve seen. Amazing romance. Then what happened? The conniving Eylul shows up after leaving Ali Nejat for years and behaves like every woman’s worst nightmare. And Ali Nejat becomes a jerk even after Naz had given her blessings to him to continue his car dream in Ep 7. But Eylul appears, Ali Nejat falls under her spell, Naz says bye bye. So the writers rewarded Eylul’s awful behavior by killing off Naz. WTH? How did Naz and Ali Nejat ever get together again? He had a history of pursuing her! Nothing made sense. And if Naz needed to be killed off because of acting work elsewhere, she could have been killed off after the wedding and then bring in Eylul to cheer up Ali Nejat. Or better, the previous suggestions to send her to England after the breakup. I echo earlier opinions about the third season. A waste of time. And the wrong person killed! Writers seemed indifferent to potential audience response. Worst final season I have ever seen.

  48. I 5hink Ali nejat was immature in his love life.negligent of his son..his passion was cars..a teenage fet.he needs to man up.he used naz.and let her down
When all along she felt deeply for him..he showed no regrets in her death.he did not even mounr her…the was all up in his teenage flame zone..the show was a whles let down..I wish naz d
Was not dead..and make him pay by taking Khan from him..he is immature during the eb
    Entire series

  49. I enjoyed season 1 and 2 but season 3 just vex me. I found that killing off Naz was so senseless and Ali Nejat just going back with his ex seriously
His character in season 3 was so boring no passion at all and it’s as if he was like just walking around so senseless and to make it worse it’s as if he forgot he had a son and getting back with his ex geez
I wasted my time watching season 3

  50. I thought i was the only one!Ive been watching this for the past few days n nights to know how everything ends. And i am soooo disappointed with the character of Ibrahim Celikkol.I felt really hurt how he jumped into his ex’s arms n the feelings for Naz,who stood by them, throuh thick n thin, just vanish like that.N wen Season 3 started,it was like torture wen his wedding preps were going on.Kaan was not important to Ali Nejat which saddened me.He cut off from them for 10 days jst like that.Well,well.No,i wouldnt watch any more series of Intersection. The director of the story has been very harsh with the ending.

    1. I agree with all of the above comments and share their writers’ disappointment and disgust at the killing off of Naz and Ali Nejat’s totally contradictory behaviour in Season 3 which I almost did not watch after Naz was killed. Forced myself to do it and found Season 3 a write-off. I am sure that the producers of this series did not intend that viewers be annoyed and put off by the beautiful Eyelu by giving her what they thought was an innocent and winning personality but sorry they were wrong — she just comes across as manipulative, superficial and phony. And I am sure they thought that Ali Nejat came across as the stoic but still honorable hero — sorry again, he comes across as a complete dud as a man, lover and father. And cut off that beard, yuck.

  51. I just finished watching Intersection and I deeply pained at the turn of events. How can Ali fall in love with Naz and then switch immediately he saw his ex. Naz sacrificed her time and all for Kaan and his old friend. Umut had already declared that they should part because he felt they had drifted apart even before Ali came in her life.
The director should redeem Ali in season 4 because this last season didn’t just make sense
His ex May fall in love with someone else but Ali needs to go back to Naz.
How was it so easy for Ali to kiss Eylul but only kissed Naz on her forehead
What’s in the mind of the writer that made Ali and Naz not kiss like a taboo.
Season 4 should address all these and Ali should love Naz unconditionally.

  52. Omg everything everyone is saying is sooooo spot on its insane i WISH I had read this before hand. I spent my spring break binging this crap to be beyond disappointed! Yes no kiss on the lips but full on makeout scene with his ex. And I agree s2 ep11 was def. The end. And he did really change i get keeping a love triangle alive and I also know killing off one of the loves is also the thing to do to get pas a triangle BUT if your going to have is what would be 30ish eps. With Naz killing her off with 6 to go is just stupid. Not to mention we Never saw his ex until the last min. Why did i spend so much time liking Naz to getting it switched on my to liking his ex. The car thing was a massive bust that had no pay off. And I didn’t particularly love the fact that Kaan was able to call Naz mom for her to die like an hour later, but what’s worse is that when his Ali’s ex comes for dinner ( seemingly days, weeks after ..i started just forwarding the series at this point) Kaan is supper stoked and happy to see her,and then she tells Ali ‘ it’s going to take him a min to get used to me’ like seriously the kid lost TWO mother’s!! Idk i am super disappointed

    1. Absolutely agree with every word you say. I and it would seem hundreds more feel the same. If only they would work their magic and rewrite Naz’s death. Ali’s mother arrived from nowhere, then Naz was dead. I don’t think I would like to watch the continuation of the new loved up Ali. Worse, Kaan getting close to his third.mother. How much can that boy endure??

  53. Reading other comments here sums up how I feel leaving Intersection behind. Sadly disappointed with the outcome, not to mention the awful ending. Ali Nejat turned into completely someone else, stupid and fickle, I couldn’t believe what was happening. It all started going downhill for me episode 11 series 2. Series 3 it became daft. Why did they have this lovely romance and end it so badly. He was going to end it that night Naz got murdered, he said. He even looked different, definitely not as handsome either, and started to walk like a vampire. I hated his walk. Kaan was portrayed as an emotional little boy, but he hardly mentioned Naz’s name. This was the woman who replaced his Mum. Not once did Ali Nedjat kiss Naz on the lips. But he was right into, his old love. What was that all about. I found him wooden and without much passion.

  54. Wasted hours of time watching this. I shall be checking beforehand any future series. This was definitely the worst series I have ever watched.

Series 1 and 2 were really good. However, it turned into a disaster series 3 episode 1. I stopped watching. I totally agree with all the negative comments. Bitterly regret wasting all that time.
    So disappointing.

    April 4th 2021

  55. Yes Naz should return…really stupid to kill her off..and Ali nejat is a jerk..he should just break off with Naz..let her find her own happiness..I agree that Naz is actually alive and went to London and got married to someone who truly loves her..richer and kinder than stupid Ali Nejat

  58. I agree. Naz should be brought back. This time not the love insterest of Nejat. She got married to a rich shipping tycoon while practicing in London. He owns the hospital where Naz works. Her husband died and transferred all his shares to Naz. Naz now takes the responsibility whether to buy a new ship. A pending negotiation with the Karas holding was on hold due to the death of her husband. When the negotiations resume, Naz returns to Turkey to finalize the negotiations and meets with Ali Nejat who is still unmarried.

Ali Nejat and Uyul never marry. Kaan did not allow it, threatened to leave if they did. He came to know their betrayal against Naz. Kaan meets with Naz. Naz does not have a child and seeing Kaan, she couldn’t help but remember the beautiful times. If love is re-kindled between Nejat and Naz, that’s for the show to figure out. Did Nijat really love Naz or he was just confused with Uyul’s memories coming back. Did he realize while Naz was gone that she was the one whom he was in love with and felt remorse especially when he came to know that Naz got married and happiness written all over her face on the photo of her wedding on the newspaper headline. When did he realize that he was not in love with Uyul after all.

Season 4 should also tackle the story behind Tarik’s character. He was not their father after all.

I think Ali Nejat and Naz should marry and this time they should kiss on the lips. The marriage of the owner of a shipping company and the builder of ships should assure the growth of both companies. Kaan of course will take the reins of the Karas Holding and if there will be children between Naz and Ali Nejat, their children will assure the continuance of operations of both companies. They grown old together and would live to see their grandchildren.

    1. This is a really great idea.. although i would have switched a couple of things. I mean Trail wasn’t their dad so now Ali doesn’t have to feel bad about the car thing so maybe he gives up the shipping stuff for car stuff and discovers that working with his ex isn’t what he thought it would be and thus effects Kaan which is then we we get Naz back and deal with all the mess that happened. But anyway when I read this it made me laugh in a good way cuz. This series ended up being a waste of time. The protector was better and that had a messy situation too. It sure as hell ended better than this but maybe the Turkish shows really like and hone in on the tragic stuff.

    2. Great ideas. You should be hired as one of the writers instead of the excuse for writers that were used to kill off Naz and replace her with Eyelut or whatever her name is. How to bring back Naz however? I proposed making her death a dream sequence but I read another one where the cops hide her death in order the catch the killer but then why would Ali Nejat be thrown in jail. Another idea could be the killer created a mask to look like Naz and substituted a dead person for her; the real Naz being held as prisoner for whatever reason — that is one to figure out, maybe an nutty patient she once had who is obsessed with her, anything is possible if they can reanimate the sister after she shoots herself in the chest. Hey a pandemic can produce a lot of ideas with so many people sitting around waiting for life to restart, it shouldn’t be too hard to resurrect Naz, a fictional character. Anyway I love the London story and maybe this time they can splurge and hire some real British actors or at least someone with a real British accent instead of Turkish actors trying to speaking like a Brit.

  59. I was expecting that Ali Nejat will fulfill his words to Naz that he loves her. But they killed Naz instead. It was really senseless to kill Naz’s character. She is a good-hearted woman, kind and taken advantage of by two men who she sincerely loved. The sudden change of heart of Ali Nejat as soon as her previous girlfriend surfaced tells the character of Ali Nejat. He was taking advantaged of Naz and cost her life. If he did not go to Istanbul to rendezvous with Uyul, Naz would still be alive. I wish the 4th Season vindicates Naz and will prove that good people live long lives. Or maybe they resurrect the character of Naz. Naz did not really die. Her death was kept secret to reveal the truth and light to the darkness surrounding the lives of the main characters. Naz learned the meeting of Ali Nejat and Uyul in Istanbul on the night before her wedding and Ali Nejat’s plan to stop the wedding. In knowing this, she left for London to accept the job offer, found someone, a famous surgeon perhaps who cherishes her and get married. Kaan will never be happy without Naz and it will be the cross to carry for Ali Nejat for the rest of his life. The boy would know that what his Dad been telling him that he loved Naz was a lie would soon be known to him and will never believe in him. Ali Nejat and Uyul may marry but will never be happy for the lies and betrayals they inflected on Naz and Kaan. Kaan will be reunited with Naz, Ali Nejat and Uyul will not have a child and for that their love died. In the end of the story, Naz will live in happiness and contentment with children, Kaan will be successful and Ali Nejat and Uyul in misery.

  60. Naz probably had another role to play.. I read something about a movie with Ben Kingsley that she was in .. She probably had to be killed off.. I’m on the first episode of Season 3, she’s dead…on to another job.
Black Money Love was my first Turkish series.. it will be difficult, if not impossible to beat that one. Ultimate TV watching!

  61. Addicting story on season 1 and 2. Waiting for season 4 and hoping that the mess of season 3 is fixed…It will be extremely disappointing if it is not done. Right now the ending is ridiculous, the writer does not do justice to the main characters and to the story line.
This love story deserves a propor ending. The worldwide audience deserves to get the answers that were left unclear.
Finish what you started so well!

  62. I looked forward to watching Seasons 1 and 2. Loved the two main characters on it. I did not like the intro to a the old girlfriend. Worse yet when I opened up season 3 I did a double take. Nothing made sense so I stopped watching it. What a disappointment. Netflix should remove this show.
Why no kidding on the lips ???!??

  63. We are owed a huge apology from these writers for wasting our precious time and treating us like a bunch of fools and idiots. Is our time not valuable? Do you care so little about your audience that you have them devote hours into this seres just to insult us with your bullshit character shifts and ending??? I’m FURIOUS!!! I WANT REPARATIONS!

    1. Yes. I agree especially the sudden change of heart of Ali Nejat. His character turned into a moron. Then the old girlfriend appeared, enticing Ali Nejat, bringing back romantic memories into Ali Nejat’s moronic brain. His character is not only moronic but spineless. He should be the one killed off in the show but instead the beautiful, kind-hearted woman was killed.

Another moronic character is the sister of Ali Nejat. She should stay asa crazy, mad woman deserving to be institutionalized. Instead, they magnified her character and does not really bring substance to the storyline.

There’s got to be season four or more episodes from season 3 to explain why the first 5 episodes of season 3 was sharp twist from the main storyline.

    2. When the truth was coming out as to who was the murderer of Baris,i thought it would be great if it were Eylul because if Ali Nejat was so much in love,he had a one night stand with Didem n became a father.Eylul knew abt the betrayal n was so devastated, she plans to kill Ali Nejat.Ali Nejat is broken because he acted stupidly/childishly re Naz.Months or a year pass by a remorseful Ali Nejat meets Naz,who is independent. She doesnt give in to him bcoz she had her dose of betrayal. But as usual, with more of Kaan around, circumstances make Ali Nejat n his family as well realise that Naz should b around.Naz becomes a very important part of Karas Holding n the family as well

  64. Why go through so much to get Naz and then kill her off in the end??? If anything his EX should’ve been killed. She’s always around. This show just disrespected Naz in the end. At least pair him up with the lawyer after a yr or so.

    1. They had to kill her character since she’s so negative and nagged Ali Nejat so much. Not even supportive but annoying in every way. Nobody missed her absence.

      1. She did not want to leave but Ali Nejat pressured her, remember? She nagged because she did not want Ali to get hurt. She was also anxious because the old girlfriend appeared. She should not have appeared. I don’t understand her character but a bitch who planned on purpose to re-enter in Nejat’s life by hook or by crook.

Naz’s life was interrupted by Nejat’s presence. She did not wish nor planned it. She was faithful to the end to her husband Umut even though he cheated on her. She did not deserve to die.

      2. She became so because any woman who gets treated like this would react in the same way.As from there i felt shattered that he jst turns his back at her.He didt even care.I couldnt sleep thinking if the end was made differently. The actress portraying Naz is a very talented one.Like nothg they removed her.Anybody would hav suffered the same way wen lied to or cheated.

  65. Nooooo! That’s it?? Not only was season 3 a disappointment, but turning Ali Nejat into a jerk when he was the most decent of them all ruined it all! And the fact that. Naz was made into a jerk in the end as well- going from such a supportive person, to someone so seemingly selfish and bratty. It was like the show was Setting her up to be someone not worthy of being with Ali Nejat anymore. But to end everything after only five episodes for season three, leaving just about every plot up in the air, makes me think they were not done, and had to end it because maybe a majority of the cast wasn’t available any longer?? It makes absolutely no sense. They need to finish what they started!

  66. Loved season 1 and 2. Season 3 total disaster, introduce Ali’s ex girlfriend was a mistake. Ali Nejat keep saying he cares about his son but he prefers his ex girlfriend. Why changing him from caring and loving guy to a horrible man. Eljul had a negative impact on this series and on me. I stop watching it because I’ve expected something totally different. Season 3 is extremely disappointing.

  67. Invested 64 hours of my life in this series. Loved it. Loved immersion in Turkish culture, language and scenery (rural and urban). But end of season 3 left us all hanging. What a shame!

  68. I agree with what others are saying. What a mess season 3 is. Everything left hanging no connections. I thought I missed something. One minute Kaan doesn’t like the new girlfriend and then yippie she’s coming over. Really. We are not dumb. Why kill kill Naz. Where did the mother go. shame on you. I spent hours watching this to be disappointed.

  69. Big mistake to introduce Eylul in season 2 like that and destroy the lovely relationship between Ali Nejat and Naz!! Come on… a bit if imagination with script… one minute Ali Nejat is deep in love with Naz and the next he’s all over Eylul… what an insult to the audience!

  70. Loved Season 1 and 2. In season 3 all of a sudden Ali Nejat changed from a sincere ,decent guy to an asshole. Having an affair with his former love. Given he still loves her, why did he go back to Naz and marry her? he could have just continued his relations with his first love.Since Naz and he broke up. Would have wanted another season to properly end this but I don’t think I like Ali nejat to continue with his first love. She purposely tried to steal Ali Nejat

  71. Don’t watch Intersection. Be warned. It has an EXTREMELY disappointing ending. Nothing fit – too many story lines left hanging. Killing Naz was a huge mistake. What were the writers thinking? The relationship between Naz and Ali Nejat – so much charisma- so beautifully done – was one of the reasons I watched the show. Then Ali Nejat changed but the psychology didn’t fit. When he used the same lines to propose to Eylul that he used with Naz – it made me sick. Was Naz sacrificed so new characters could be introduced and prolong the season. Did she want out of her contract? It made no sense.

  72. Please bring back Naz let her have her happy ending with AliNejat… I stop watching it after they killed off Naz …. that show is nothing without Naz and AliNejat happy ending… so please being back Naz in anyway possible.

  73. I lost sleep watching on this show. Pls erase season 3!!! You guys left everyone hanging. I love Ali Nejat acting and Kaan is an amazing actor.

  74. The worst ending of a series I ever watched! Why kill Naz? So many issues left hanging ! Euyul has a negative impact on me !

  75. This is the worse ending to a series I have ever seen
Please get rid of season 3 and give us a proper ending that does not leave us confused (ie) what happens to omut and his family and does Ali Nejet make his car

    1. I think it shd hav shown that Umut n Ali Nejat do come together professionally in the end to make that car but WITHOUT Eylul being in their team.

  76. Why are there no passionate scenes between Naz and Ali Nadjet it’s not normal especially when he proposes then kisses her on the forehead !! Come on that’s not real!!

      1. Season 1 & 2 are perfectly crafted. But season 3 a mess. Writer did unjust to Naz and Ali nejat. Kaan is nice actor so does Naz.

        1. I can’t believe after watching this story that they had Naz killed for entrance to that wack job Eylul. I had respect for Ali until he went haywire for her. How disrespectful to his son and Naz. What were you writers thinking?!? Season 3 was horrible. The parenting was horrible for what that poor boy endured. The story line could have had a better ending. So disappointed. What a shame.

    1. Trueee. But yet they can show you him and his EX kissing. What a disappointment kissing your new fiance on her forehead.

    2. If im not mistaken they were together in real life before the series n i guess she didt want intimate scenes with him. It looked awkward without a proper kissing scene, hugging etc.

  77. Absolutely loved Seasons 1 & 2 but Season 3 was rushed and out of sequence. So many storylines not finished and Naz should not have been killed. I want to see Ali Nejat return to confidence and success and he is better suited to the lawyer if Naz has to die.
I think Ibrahim C who plays Ali is amazing.

  78. I loved Season 1 and 2! The 3rd Season seemed very off base. Almost had to do a double take. …. Ali nejat seemed to do a 360 in terms of his feelings. Almost seemed like a different person in the end. Although, the writers tried “empathizing” the love him and Eylul once had? As a grown man, and after the death of barris its odd they would pair them back together at the end. . …. Vs. Naz. Even Ali nejat said he wasn’t that same person anymore. After the death of Naz, and when Ali nejat was in jail. Eylul grabs his hand and tells him he looks good? When he fights in the hospital, She smiles and says shes use to it? Naz played a more overall stable role in who he should have Married. One min. Ali nejats son is crying. Stand offish of Eylul, then happy to see her? Overall it seemed like a rush to get Season 3 done. From a physiology Standpoint nothing matched how the story line was originally written in the 1st 2- Seasons. Compared to Season 3? I Can’t help but wonder if the Writer /director’s Notice that. Situations alter character’s roles in series, but its always beautiful when it all comes together in the end.

    1. Ok. Let’s do this. Just erase season 3 and do it over.
In season 1 and 2, Naz & Ali N are presented as a once in a lifetime true love, then suddenly he is in love with someone that had no role whatsoever in the plot before. Sorry, just too difficult to believe.
Character of child Kaan is crying and sulking so very often, but then every time he is easily consoled by the first person showing up. The repetition of the same scene is overabundant. And difficult to believe. Also his father spend all season 2 in repeating Kaan is the person he loves and cares the most in the world then abruptly he doesn’t care so much any more and is never around for him. Child cries? They call Naz instead of Ali N. Very strange.
Feysa is stubbornly clinging to the villain of the story, no crime is big enough for her to see his true colors. Again very very difficult to believe.
Loved the locations, lifestyles, language and secondary characters and understand that a production can get in trouble, but the serious car crash is the Season 3 script and last episode of Season 2.

  79. Watched all 31 episodes…loved it. Then you just left us hanging – WHY??? What happens to everyone? Do Gokce and Genco get married? Do Ali Nejat and Eylul get married? What happens when Umut returns from Germany? What happens with Tarik and Murat? What about Enver, and Melisa? And Mr. Oguz? Come on, guys – you need to finish what you started!!!

    1. After so many hours of slowly (sometimes painfully slowly) building the complicated intersecting story lines, like everyone else, I felt totally betrayed by the writers (whom I had already forgiven multiple times) by the entire 3rd episode. There were some glaring mistakes they never corrected, such as Murat having originally claimed he had loved Eylul which at least made some sense since they’d been childhood friends…but then the writers themselves apparently forgot that when out of nowhere we were supposed to believe Murat had known Didem and had been around to have seen Ali Neijat put her through such torture when he obviously hadn’t had a significant relationship with her, that he actually hadn’t ever really known her. But, I put aside the inconsistencies and then, in 6 episodes (beginning Season 3 with Naz & Ali Neijat’s impending wedding after Naz had broken it off with him which made no sense, to the hours and hours about Gojke and the baby and the exhausting screen time between Genco and Isot, to introduce new characters and lot lines only to leave them undeveloped and unexplained at the expense of respect for the viewers who’d become invested in the stories they were being told was not only disrespectful, it was insulting! That last episode wasn’t a finale, it was a wreck. The writers drove the script to the edge of a cliff and just tossed it into the abyss…and whatever pages found their way to the actors still standing became the last 60 minutes regardless that it made no sense!

      1. LOL — thanks for clarifying about Murat — I thought I had hallucinated and it was really Didem that was his first love but no, I heard right the first time, it was Eylul which made sense to me too. I agree that nothing sense after and including Naz being killed. I skipped most of the episodes after Naz’s death, couldn’t take it. And how are we expected to like Ali after what he did or at least intended to do to Naz? Cancel the wedding the night before — who does that except a complete idiot. And are we really supposed to embrace Eyulul when she appears at the end of the series and lures away Ali Nejat who becomes a stupid ape with a hairy beard who has no problem being lured away – in fact welcomes it. What were the writers thinking? My theory is that one of them was in love with the actress who played Eyulul and wanted her on the show.

        1. Everything make no sense… what Enver who set up spies in the company to fight against Ali, got him arrested for so call killing the security guard who they thought released the tape to the media but it was the spies Enver put to work… why no one found out that Enver and Murat work together and Enver is evil… Why Ali Ali was not strong like his sister and resist his ex and why he didn’t explain to his ex that he gave up the car project because he loved Naz and was going to build a family with Naz and Kaan? Just like he told all his friends and family… so much inconsistency… ratings started to go down because of the writers… Ali had a lot of time to kiss Naz but he didn’t not sure why the director went that root…only the hypertensive c was having these flash back not Ali, so he was not in love with her. Enver once again took revenged on Ali by mashed up his relationship with Naz.. because he deliberately didn’t tell his sister that Ali is engaged to be married, he only told her about his son .. on the eve of his wedding he called Ali about his sister leaving? And he know his sister loved Ali, Enver knew what he was doing, he was mashing up Nazi and Ali wedding for his sister to move in…

  80. I loved all 3 Seasons I was disappointed that Naz died in season 4 you should bring Naz back and scare Ali’s supposed father to his death. Murrett should be sent to prison and the real father should be found.

  81. Loved Intersection but want more. Can there be another season with Naz and Ali staying together. They had better chemistry than his first girlfriend. I was very disappointed that Naz was killed. What were the writers thinking. She brought life to the series. Also I want to at least see what happens with the other characters end. There was so much left just hanging. We need season 4. Thanks.

    1. Agree: BRING back Naz and Season 4 and get the family (Ali Nejat, Naz, and Caan together) . That is what was riveting. Not the butchering that someone took to it without looking at the history. The angle it took made no sense since it happened faster than I can snap my fingers.

    2. Total disaster of writers, what a shame when Naz is killed. If there are two words to describe the writers, it’s WICKED AND CRUEL and the true villain is, guess who? Ali Nejat. It’s totally unfathomable that Ali who was a kind, sincere, caring, responsible, sensitive character in the first season, can become a selfish, disgusting, despicable monster, a liar, a betrayer of a character, overnight, when his ex girlfriend returns. It’s a travesty of justice and what kind of message are the writers sending to the youth of today. It has to be for the greater good where eventually true love, sacrifice, justice, truth, in the form of Naz prevails but the stupid, moron writers ruined it. How we wish profanities could be used here as it stinks, simply shocking. We understand that serials have unexpected twists and turns but by getting Naz killed is beyond words. How can you cut the very soul of the Series in angel Naz. She gave up everything for Ali and Kaan and what an unique bond she had with Kaan which should have developed further after the marriage of Ali and Naz. That was the core of what an amazing, great Turkish show this could have been. Alas, God felt our negative vibes and appropriately ended it. A sad day and we hope producers out there take heed not to insult the audiences intleiigence. Please get competent writers. What a mockery to a truly potential fantastic serial!

  82. Turkish people and actors, I would not have believed how much my wife and I could have been captivated by the acting, drama and emotion (and writing and direction) of your TV and movie dramas! Even with the language barrier and reading subtitles (and learning some Turkish) we are hooked! Never before would we watch 2 – 2.5 hour episodes, and sometimes 2 per night! We watched the whole of Winter Sun (recommended by my wife’s very conservative midwest girl friend) and now we have watched all of Intersection, and we need more. And as others have said, we loved Naz, and please resurrect her and let her meet Kaan again. Ali Nejat – well let him pursue his desires.

  83. Intersection was great until ali najet pivots off from the love of his life and betrays her in about twenty seconds
This after spending a lot of time following the love story. His girlfriend was milk toast
    No chemistry
He could at least had a better romance with the lawyer. The music was great.all the actors were fabulous. Loved Ibo.

    1. Jryan I agree with your comment. If they can’t bring Naz back then the lawyer would be another choice. Send the girlfriend back to Germany.

  84. Heart broken! Can’t believe it! They mistreated and killed the angel? Mediocre story line from somewhere in the middle of season two. Someone wanted to break hearts and make viewers like me go for therapy. You succeeded!!! Be happy. Naz for life!

    1. My wife also was heartbroken. Did they get a new writer? Did they have to wrap up the series suddenly? It went to shit and left a bad taste with everybody.

  85. I commented earlier, perhaps in the wrong place.
This was my first time watching a movie with subtitles… While I did not understand the language, the actors were intriguing to me..
Loved how the story was being told obviously from the view point of another culture; however in the middle of season 2 the not so good story line began…
Someone needs to repair the butchery of season 2 and all of season 3. NAZ! NAZ! NAZ! Raise her from the dead if you have to in season 4,if there is a season 4. Everybody walks away with the gold except her… She is a lifeline to everyone in the series . Her husband, Mother, Ali,his friend, Kahn, and his Sister..
She is the boldest of all the women(for good) She speaks truth to power, has a heart of integrity. The only mis step was to fall in love and challenge the big boy in becoming a man just by loving him.. but then the little girl returned, and the boy resurfaced.. IJS . However the story is redeemable if there is a 4th season..
I left other comments in other places of reply, so I won’t repeat my comments… It would be wonderful to have a storyline with the return of the mother, the return of Naz w her baby whether her and Ali reunite or not… Perhaps he can become a calmer man now that all the truth is out.. Honestly I can see why he loved both women… I loved watching Ali perform all of his characters, his heart for compassion was interrupted by his nephew’s death.. Naz and Kahn bought
Peace and restoration to it… With all the demons removed maybe we can see a better him.. But most of all Naz deserves a return..
Whoever dropped the ball, please pick it back up…

  86. I have never been this disappointed for expecting reasonable ending.
Season 3 is a mess and totally unfair to Naz character.

  87. Im an American viewer watching via Netflix with english subtitles. ive been trying to find a ‘behind the scenes’ account for the lack of physical intimacy between Naz and Ali – especially after the intimacy with their characters in Sadece Sen. Like did they have fight and refuse? was it becuase of the scathing review of Belcim received after Sadece? etc. Does anyone have any idea? Does this kind of back story exist somewhere that is simply not available to american audience?

  88. Agree with all the others. Ali nejat went down my Christmas list. In fact he went off it. His first live is irritating like a spoiled child. Good until the night nap died

  89. I was also disappointed and frustrated with how season 3 ended. I also gave this way too much thought as well. My take is that there will be a season 4 where it will be revealed that not everything is as it seems. I think that the secret Ali Nejat’s mother told Naz was that Ali has an evil twin brother who was given up at birth because the father didn’t want him and he has been plotting all of these years to get back at the family. I think he and Murat has been working together to replace Ali Nejat while ruining his life at the same time that’s why the Ali we see at the end of season 2 into season 3 seems like a different person. I think Murat kidnapped the “real” Ali Nejat and is pulling all of the strings. I also think that Naz is not really dead and that Murat gave her some kind of drug to make it seems like she is but she’s actually being kept abroad. After the plan is revealed, I think Naz will reappear pregnant with twins and that in the end she, Ali, and Kaan will be reunited. At least that’s what I’ve talked myself into believing.

    1. Candace
I love your scenario, not only did Ali in season 3 not look like him he didn’t act like him. I think your 4 season could work.. I like it. Peggy

  90. I love this series. I am south FArcan and completely hooked. Season 3 a bit of a disappointment but I think they can twist the Naz murder in a new season with her being dead at all but living abroad since Murat saved her ( by some miracle – who knows he has his ways to come up with evil plots) and in an effort to ruin Ali Nejat threaten her family and Kaan if she does not leave Istanbul. Meanwhile, she is pregnant with twins..and somehow Enver finds out and keeps it a secret since he wants to see his sister happy…clearly, I have given this way too much thought…binge-watching the series again and really hoping for a season 4.

    1. Would really love to see Naz back if there is a season 4. The acting is great and absolutely love Kaan. He is super cute.

    2. Bee
I think I am Covid obsessed and in denial because I can’t accept Naz and Ali not ending happy with Kaan. I did think of a new ending. Naz gets to the hospital and breathes. They keep her dead in order to find the killer. The killer is exposed and they allow Naz to re-emerge, but she has amnesia and doesn’t remember Ali or Kaan. Kaan gets Ibo to take him to the hospital to re-establish a relationship with Naz without Ali. Ali is hurt Naz doesn’t recognize him and he realizes how much he loves her and his ex girlfriend realizes it to. They break up and he tries the rest of the season trying to get Naz to remember him and fall back in love. She is pregnant and leaves to go to Italy to have the babies and Ali finds out and he and Kaan go to find her. Just in time for her to deliver successfully and he declares his love for her and she remembers. Okay ,clearly I’m obsessed but I would love that ending. in a season 4.

        1. Peggy/Been: obsessed as well. Never watched anything like this pre-Covid but now…..love your storyline. Make it happen writers.

      1. Love your ending, so original and creative and 100% better than what actually was portrayed. If they can resussitate Ali’s sister after she shoots herself in the chest, why not Naz.

  91. Cant believe the way this ended so rushed nothing like the first 2 seasons. And hated Ali so much in season 3 didnt care what happened to him to be honest. Poor Naz she looked after Kaan like her own son then his ex comes back and they are mooning all over each over drove me crazy found myself shouting at the TV. Was so wrong. And after Naz dies he takes her to stay at the house so disrespectful and wants to play happy families with her. Really I cried so much. So dissapointed after a great 2 seasons I really thought he was going to realise how much he loved Naz and marry her I’m furious.

  93. Si disappointed in Season 3. How can Ali Nejat be engayed to Naz for the second time. and wait until the night before to cancel the wedding.
After 10 days of not seeing Naz he chooses to call his ex and spend the night at the beach instead of staying home
The character lost my admiration. He became the same Ali Nejat portrayed before the accident. Selfish. Egocentric
Only the child actor who plays Kaan saves the 3 seasons

    1. So agree with you really hated his character when his ex came back I was so shocked at his behaviour he was supposed to be the hero in it turned out to be the rat.

  94. Worst ever possible ending, I know it’s just a movie but season3 was all wrong . Absolute terrible & upsetting – not happy at all !

  95. I loved the series until Naz dies. I wish they could have let her move aboard, as they had planned and Ali go on his discovery of Barris death. Then look at his ex girlfriend and realize their time had passed and his future was with Naz. Then he and Kaan, fly to Italy to find Naz, who is finally pregnant for him. He and Kaan love her and move to Italy, leaving his crazy family behind and the memory of Barris filled with the car built. This would have been a perfect ending and Ali would have been our Ali, Naz and Kaan, happy ending. The last session was an insult to the viewers and should not have been written. Ali, Kaan and Naz deserved to be free of their demons, to live a good life.

    1. I agree with you. I invested my time until the end of Series 2. I was really annoyed at the beginning of Series 3 to find out that Naz died. This is not right. The writer was a total disappointment. Peggy, your scenario would have made us all happy about Ali, Naz and Kaan being together at the end. I also disagree with the old man surviving. Both him and Murat should have both died in the end. It is not fair for Naz to be out of the picture towards the end. There is no justice after being on the very first episode to the end of series 2. It also does not justify the Ali and ex reconciling. This would have been a good drama, but after Naz died, I sort of just skipped the other episodes and checked out what the ending was. But I was really upset after the many nights I invested on this. In the end, I hated Ali for not being able to protect Naz.

      1. I looked at it again today and noticed the scenes with Naz and Ali at Alvga with Kaan and mature and heart felt conversations they had. Then again in the country after Naz’s miscarriage, the growth and maturity was so real. How could they have taken back that growth and love from Ali, he had been able to talk about the accident and help himself and Naz, and he repeatedly promised Naz he would always be by her side. Such a waste. They had something wonderful and real, even without the kissing, they were growing into something that last. Her relationship with Kaan was natural and loving. Then they take him back to the immature, insensitive guy he was before Kaan, with a girl that had no dept, violence and corruption. I just don’t get it, so I just rewind to the good parts. Thanks to Netflix you can rewind.

  96. I was actually confused at one thing. One minute Naz broke off with Ali because he became distant when the ex-gf Eylul returned and the next minute, Naz is organising the wedding with her and Ali. Did I miss something in between? Secondly, the minute the ex returns, there’s a strong French kiss between her and Ali. Yet with Naz, 2 kisses on the cheek. What the hell is thst? Don’t get me wrong, I loved the series but that was just bazaar. No passion or chemistry on the screen between those 2 but with him and Eylul they were lip to lip and the eye stares were fire! I also thought it sucked how Naz dies and Ali was going to break it off with her the night before the wedding. He proposed to her twice and then ends up losing all feeling towards her! Hmmmm!

  97. Enjoyed watching the series until Naz died. This was a real anticlimax for me. Kaan was adorable. Murat was the most hated.

  98. Agreed! How could the writers do this to the viewers who no doubt invested so much of their lives to this show? Season 3 was a different show!! I signed up for a romance….it did not deliver!

    1. Like so many of the other viewers/fans.
I am soooooo confused, disappointed, betrayed and just which I had not invested so much time to watch what I thought was going to be a sad, tragic but bittersweet love story where Ali finally finds peace, a beautiful son and happy family life with Naz and his son.
His character in Season 3 was so strikingly difference . I also loved the father son chemistry, which blew me away. My box of tissues was never far and the tears came rolling tears than . I was devastated by Ali’s character in Season 3. So u get a kid on your birthday that u thought was dealt with years ago, the baby mama blew her brains out, this kind, compassionate girl with so much love for your son mothered him through the greatest loss of his life. Heck she even helped, encourage, directed Ali to a great relationship with his son and this
Is how he honors her at her burial
He stood back in some rather cute shades and allowed little Kaan by himself, crying and showing love and respect to the woman who gave him much love and kindness.
The change in Ali’s character feelings for Naz the minute his awkward ex came back in the show was disappointing. You had already told her and others the day of the accident changed u for good. It was a new man that walked away for that great explosion. I guess that rang true until the botoxed ex came back to town.
Ali’s character chased this woman, proposed to her twice and maybe was also a factor with her divorce from Umut. How could u not show some love, empathy and respect by mourning the girl that gave so much to you and your son.
Instead u invited the ex to move in.
Producers and writer u had your audience and a great fan club but u also killed us when u killed Naz.
I am hoping there will be a season 4 and all that we saw in season 3 was a dream/ nightmare
of the ex girlfriend who would be so desperate to call Ali the night before his wedding.

      1. Max!!! OMG!! I think we are def too emotionally invested!! I share your feelings 100%. I’m sure they got new writers who didn’t spend time watching Seasons 1 & 2 …or for sure gave zeros about their audience. The blossoming love with their shy smiles, awkward glances at each other, they both pulling out something so raw but heartfelt out of each other….you wanted them to find their true love in each other. I have replayed their engagent night so many times like I was there….why didn’t they kiss?? Isn’t that how a proposal seals the deal? I was so waiting on Ali Nejat and Naz at some point to consumate their beautiful love…instead the writers saved it for us to view with his ex??Nothing towards the character Eylul….but she was terribly miscast, and their chemistry was like dead fish!! Just ruined Ali’s vulnerable character!! Naz is, was the love of his life. I’m sure it was Belcim’s idea to leave the show….I can’t believe it could be the writers idea, but couldn’t they give them some sort of happy ending??…stupidest decision ever!! Terrible terrible!!. Naz isn’t even cold in the grave, the ex following you around like fly on raw meat, and you tell her you are so glad you have her?? You never even kept your promise to Naz!! When Feyza first met Naz, and everyone was surprised…even Murat that Ali was in love and could see the change in him…no one ever mentioned an ex or another love in his life. What we understood was that he was a playboy before the accident, but meeting Naz changed him, and how obvious it was to see. Ali Nejat! I could strangle you for walking away so easily!! Naz is looking forward to her wedding day to you, and you want to speak to her to break it off, but then takes a detour to discuss something more important with your ex?? Boy those writers take us for fools!!Season 3 is a total waste of time.

        1. We are all thinking the same thing because to follow it up to engagement night it was a gorgeous love story. You could feel it on the screen. Need a Season 4 to fix it. Towards end of Season 2 and Season 3 have nothing to do with the progress of the story. It toppled everything on its side and not in a good way. Season 4 please.

  99. Where do I start.? The most romantic lovestory and to have it end so tragically without having Ali Nejat and Naz finally happy and exploring their love as man and wife as a family???? Who came up with this crock 9f sh***t??? So so disappointed with the lack of physical interaction that great lovestories are made of.Their interaction always so awkward, yet the love was so real, the viewers were screaming for them to surrender to their feelings. It was a brutal tease!! Kaan Kaan Kaan….what can i say?. Please let me adopt you, what a standout!! Love this young actor, he tugged at my heartstrings. I wanted to give him all the love and hugs in the word. The father son chemistry blew me away, I cried more tears than I thought I had,, the threesome adding Naz is what great shows are made of. But so much sadness and tragedy for a young kid as Kaan to face, it got ridiculously unbelievable. So unrealistic the way they changed Ali’s feelings for Naz the minute his awkward ex came back in the show? The show was a train wreck out of control after that. I was so invested in Ali’s unrelenting sadness and guilt, and wanted only happiness for him. His character disappointed me, and the rest of the series fell flat. While I think Ibrahim Celikkol is the most beautiful specimen of a man alive, the show runied Ali Nejat for me going in a completely different direction. Sighhhh😪😪

  100. I am confined to home and was binge watching when it abruptly ended. The acting was excellent and I fell in love with Kaahn. This child was superb. Why end a winner leaving a sour taste.
I also had fun learning some of the Turkish language as it is part of my heritage

  101. I agree with Stacy who said that season three started weirdly. In fact I thought that it was a new series starting because of the big hole and lack of continuity from season two. And just as the plot climaxed to new heights the show ended. What happened? Was it money problems? Infighting with producers and writers? Government meddling? We the viewers will never know. But pleeeeeease GET BACK TO WORK! We want more Murat and the new lady Attorney as the crush of Enver. There is so much to explore. If you don’t want to pay your writers, we the viewers can fill in. LOL.

  102. I agree with all the comments! A proposal as romantic as the one between Ali Nejat and
Naz and then a kiss on the for head??? Are you kidding me? So very unrealistic. Have
watched until the ex arrived and then said bye bye. Still loving the actor Ibrihim! GT.

    1. Agreed! How could the writers do this to the viewers who no doubt invested so much of their lives to this show? Season 3 was a different show!! I signed up for a romance….it did not deliver!

  103. This had the making of a very good drama however the episodes were too long and dragged on. Episodes should be 45 to 50 minutes max.
Why was there never a kiss between Ali and Naz? They were the main characters so killing off Naz did not make sense. It changed our view of Ali. This was very disappointing the lack of empathy or compassion he had towards Naz. It left us confused. I felt for Kaan I think this storyline was too brutal. I just could not warm to Elyul at all and they tried to paint Naz as something she was not. Overall some amazing actors in this series they were just let down by the writing. The boy was a stand out for me.

  104. We need a season 4 so that all the unfinished plots can be completed. I loved this show but hated how abruptly it ended. It left us hanging. Please continue what you started!

    1. I agree. Since you killed off Naz, at least put him with a grownup. The Lawyer!!!! A better fit

  105. I agree with all previous comments regarding loose ends at the conclusion. Will there be a Season Four?

  106. Love this series but left us in a cliff hanging situation. Unfortunately without a season 4…. What a pity to all the good work ending so abruptly.

  107. Is there going to be a season 4. Just finished and loved season 3
I feel we were left up in the air. Obviously Murat got the same
Injection the father had to falcify his paralysis. But let’s
    Finish the story

  108. This is the second Turkish drama I have watched and both times, I have been really frustrated by the endings.
This is really a pity because I have seen some brilliant acting and interesting story lines.

The first two seasons of Intersection were good but season 3 was just so weird, almost like it was a different show. It was as if a different writer was responsible for season 3. Too many questions were left unanswered and too many loose ends weren’t tied up in a satisfying manner. In fact. I wasn’t even sure what the plot was at this point.

The ending was simply awful and made me regret wasting my time watching the first two seasons. This is definitely not the way to end a series or to build a fan base.

    1. Agree Stacy, for some reason the Turkish series I have watched to date all seem to have disappointing or exaggerated endings. Makes me not want to watch these!

  109. We need a season 4 or a few concluding episodes of S3. I love the twists & turn it shouldn’t finish this way. Technically we can figure out what happened, but it was too abrupt to end this way with a longing for more. I want to see more of Ali Nejat & Eylul (Gorgeous). I liked Naz, but she’s not perfect for AN. I prefer Eylul with Ali Nejat. They are PERFECT together. Love shouldn’t change or put your true self in a bondage. Love frees you and let’s you live your best self in freedom. Make an intriguing storyline around them to conclude. PLEAAAAAAAASE!

    1. Story most certainly should not give the ex and Ali another shot… They were different people than in their childhood…
If the writers want to reconnect the dots of Ali’s childhood love I say, follow the suggested rewrite and let Has death be fake unknown to all
Except evil Murat. Allow Naz to transport abroad pregnant, maybe amnesia or not. Resurface in a year or 2… This will give story to Ali mom discovery
,Fake dad and Murat die.. Naz get’s what she has always wanted, and most of all her baby has duel citizenship in case those rich folk try to take away her child.
Writer’s need to give her that.. Don’t forget she came in the series saving lives… The best friend, Kahn, Ali , his crazy sister, and found his mother.
Everyone else should not live happily ever after off this woman’s strength…Umut &girlfriend Ali & Ex , Mama and Ali friend
Even if she didn’t get back with Ali. I believe she could hold her own with her baby and united love w Kahn .
Make it happen people . You are creators so create something better than what you just did!!!
      Holla!!!

  110. When will Series 4 be out on Netflix of The Intersection? I would love to see the end of this story. I am totally intrigued. Please advise me accordingly or where I can see it.

    Thank you.

  112. Genco and Isot are my favorite characters! Isot is the funniest character I have seen in a turkish series. Must be the actor. He is great. Genco, the real good guy in the series.

  113. I came across this series by accident. U enjoyed it until Naz was murdered, and the Ex girlfriend entered the picture. I loved Ali Naget until he planned to dump Naz the night before their Wedding. I saw him as weak after that. And The ex as an opportunist. Kaan, was one awesome child actor. I understand you were trying to keep it interesting, but I lost interest after Naz left. Will not watch Season 4.

    1. I absolutely loved the movie also. I was crying and everything, then they killed Naz’ and that did it. I was pissed. Ali let that girl invade Naz’s space all the time. i’m so pissed at him. He chased her then let that girl move her out the way. He never kissed her in the mouth or nothing, that makes no sense for two people suppose to be in love. He used herand didn’t even grieve for her. Naz wasn’t even cold in the ground and move old girl right on in. OOOOh I’m so mad at Ali and I had to read the subtitles. I know I’m yrs behind watching it but it started out so good i couldn’t stop until Naz died.

      1. What a MAJOR disappointment! Season 3 was like watching a different series! I am sooo mad at character Ali Nejat unstable n confused attitude towards the Naz! Wasn’t she constantly chased n pursued like a cougar (AN) until he finally won her heart and loyalty? This EX had the raw nerve to chase after Ali in front of Naz! Naz had soo much CLASS! But to kill Naz off in the beginning, night before their wedding, was a disaster for a romantic series! What are these stupid writers doing in passing off their fans? The beautiful son Kaan had more maturity and sense then his confused stupid father! I regret watching this series! I cried so much over Naz death n seeing a little child weeping for his 2nd Mommy! How cruel to interject this crap into 3rd season! Naz never getting a wet kiss from AN when he promised “to always be by your side! Agh!!@@

  114. I have spent all my free time watching this for the past month. I loved it, BUT, how you ended it in Seas on was terrible.
This needs to be continued. I did not like that Naz was killed off. She and Karan made the story. She was the glue that held it all together. Eylul is a spoiled child. The suffering Kaan endured gives us a bad impression of life in Turkey.

  116. Where to begin? For two seasons I adored this series I was able to forgive the la k of affection between Naz and Ali Nejat because I saw it as a cultural think, then came the ex Eylul Ali was suddenly no longer in love, he went careening off to the airport after her and suddenly her was this new girl with whom the audience/fans had no connection and we were supposed to embrace her as a replacement for Naz?? The moment they had sex on the beach – and it is implied that they did the story went sour. It felt as if the story suddenly got new writer who had not even watched the first two seasons. It was irresponsible of the writers and producers to waste our time if they already knew that the real love interest was Eylul, they should have brought her in earlier and made her believable!!! The story felt mishandled. Now I am turned off watching anymore stories from this source as I am afraid of wasting my time investing in a series that will go sour. I think that what these writers don’t understand is their audience for those of us who watch these soaps we do so expecting that after all the trials there will be a happy ending we do not appreciate having the story turned upside Dont after watching 90% of it there are enough twists and turns in the story to satisfy us we down need any surprises with the end such as a new true to or crap like that at the end. You are not doing us any favors by stirring thins up in this way. If we wanted a horror movie we know where to find them!!

    1. Thanks for that! I totally agree and don’t want to watch this anymore, now that he went running to the airport. The development of strong healthy women need to be continued and not dropped. You are right that we have no connection and dislike the X – Girlfriend for stepping in. Also it really shatters the possibility of a man changing his character and a better man surfacing because of a good woman and a child. Wow, I really got invested in this story and now hearing that Naz dies in this series – I am done.

  117. What a mixture of excellence and ineptitude! Lots of the characters were brilliant, but there were too many loose ends and it finished abruptly leaving questions unanswered.

  118. Love the show until Naz dies Ali Naz and Kaan were a hope of love for all life ahead. She showed love wisdom compassion justice friendship loyalty all the time I cried a thousand times with Kaan who had two real mothers . Very talented child. They forgot to show respect to Naz after death

    1. Wilma we were watching the same show. Completely agree. Ali Nejat’s lack of compassion to give himself time to grieve Naz’s untimely death,, ( not to mention Kaan’s memory of both mothers shot….really??) worse the night before they were to get married,, to hear him say he was going to talk to her about breaking up.. How cold!! A quick roll with the ex and month’s of building a relationship with Naz and all she did for you and Kaan, and that is the Ali Nejat the writers change him into?? She was the great love who came and and gave him hope after the tragic loss of Baris changed him and took him from dying inside to finally living again??. Him inviting the ex so soon to come live with them such a disrespect not only to Naz, Kaan and the viewers, but it was hard to swallow the lack of chemistry with the awkward childish character of Eylul. Spare me and don’t patronize our intelligence. I’m so mad at the writers curveball!!

  119. I love intersection ,but it upset me when they kill Naz off Iove her I really did not care for Ali first love will not watch the 4th season since Naz is off.!

    1. Find a way to bring Naz back. The do it all the time in series television!!!
Give her a life all her own, an even more successful career.
And let all the others watch as she soars with grace….

  120. Came across this series purely by chance on YouTube. The plot, characters, music, fashionable clothes, and my ability to understand and expand my Turkish vocabulary was great. I especially fell in love with little Kaan and Alinaget Bey for their compassionate acting. I’m now searching for more movies starring Ibrahim Cellikoll the handsome debonnaire star.

  121. Watched this show on Netflix and absolutely loved it! I especially loved the chemistry between Ali Nejat and Eylul. The obvious passion between them is evident from the first scene they’re in. Heaving read your previous comments every body was disappointed that Naz died, however if you watch the series Ali nejat likes her but there’s no real passion there, he’s holding back and Naz seems to just fit in really well with his new family unit with Kaan. She’s very maternal and is enjoying her time with Kaan more then anything. When Eylul is introduced and you see Ali’s reaction to her everything fits into place he loved this girl and everything else is just insignificant. I loved the acting of the two main romantic leads Ali Nejat and Eylul the back stories bored me and I was left so disappointed when it ended on episode 31 I would love to have all of the obvious questions answered! By the way is there anymore episodes or series? Please advise also when is black and white love coming out and where can I watch it?

  122. I’m enjoying the passionate discussion! “Intersection” is the first Turkish series I’ve bingen on Netflix, after trying to watch and not having enjoyed some slow-moving Ottoman dramas. I have to admit that I’m hooked, especially by Ibrahim Celikkol’s looks and fine acting! I’ll probably be as disappointed as most posters here when Naz dies and the show goes downhill, but for now I’m just trying to enjoy the Naz/Ali Nejat slow burn and Ali discovering the joys of fatherhood. The lead actors have excellent chemistry, and it’s a pity that they have to remain so chaste, especially since they portrayed such an achingly romantic couple in “Sadece Sen”.

Anyway, since this is my first Turkish drama in a modern setting, I have some questions for the Turkish posters/Turkish drama aficionados concerning storytelling conventions and social behavior/customs:

    1. I found the (public and private) affection that Ali Nejat displayed towards Kaan and his sister (touches, kisses, hugs, embraces etc.) a very endearing aspect of his character. Is this something in the script, or is it in the warmth/affection that Ibrahim C. projects as an actor…or is it something cultural? I’m married to a Greek guy, and Greek men are generally more prone to show outward affection (even towards their male friends/relatives) than Northern Europeans. So, it would be interesting to hear if this behavior reflects a certain Turkish/Balkan/Middle Eastern mentality or mode of behavior.

    2. Is it a general rule for Turkish soaps to build melodramatic, intense, YUGE love sagas without letting their star-crossed lovers even KISS on the mouth, let alone have sex (even if it’s just implied)? Or maybe the main romantic leads are supposed to be “good” characters, and therefore they have to conform to societal/religious norms (which I guess are violated on the daily In Real Life!)? I mean, the writers could show Umut having a one-night stand with crazy stalker girl, but the main couple is apparently too chaste to even share a liplock?

    3. Is the mix between high melodrama/intrigue and more normal family scenes/”comic relief” scenes a regular feature in Turkish soaps? I personally loved all the side stories about Umut’s family or Naz’s slightly annoying mother or Ibrahim the driver’s budding romance with the maid, because they gave a glimpse of everyday life amid all the drama. Family in general seems to be very important in these series, with all family members basically living/eating together (even though they have their own apartments). Would you say that this family-centered mode of storytelling is typical of Turkish series? Of course, American sit coms are usually centered around families, but your typical dramatic series are usually not.

Finally, something unrelated and somewhat frivolous. What happened to Ibrahim C. after “Intersection”? He looks kind of think and almost emaciated in his most recent series (judging from videos and pics I’ve seen). Did he lose weight for his role in “Black and Whte Love”? I personally think he was more handsome when he had those extra kilos…

I hope this thread is still alive, and that I will get some replies!

  123. Enjoyed the first season. The third se3ason had only 5 episodes and ends very abruptly without tying up the loose ends.
    – what was in medical report?
    – How does the paralysed father walk again
    – what happens to Murat ?
    – Does the car project take off?

    Too many unanswered questions??
You need to continue the third season for all the answers.l

  124. Wow was it ever satisfying to read the comments here.
    There is a consensus.
Something happened to change the writing.
If EndomolSHine reads this, and I think it should, please listen, lütfen, to what all these fans have to say….
Take it from this forum. We like the season 1 better without that plot development that is disjointed and unsatisfying in season 2. (My reference is Netflix).
Next time, lütfen!, EndomolShine, please invite us to a forum before the production is over and the release makes it too late. .
In L.A. the tv/movie biz asks for feedback before they release something. You need some feedback, EndomolShine.
On a positive note, I loved the music (çok güzel), camera angles, close ups, which add to the suspense. Casting Genco and Isot was stellar. Umut’s Mom as well.
But you have a whininess that is old fast, then boring, then annoying, then irritating, then downright offputting, and whether that is character trait to admire (which we don’t) or was written into the script, I have to wonder…
as for the writing…why kill Naz…no one liked that especially when Feza doesn’t die from the same thing Didem died of. What a disconnect! And, women don’t like a whiny mumbling man. It makes it tough to see why Feza liked whatshisname. It makes it very hard to see why the Eylul/Alinejat infatuation…it seems adolescent at best. Then Alinejat started doing Murat affectations, and someone should have caught that but no doubt the cameraman or director was infatuated as well with the masculine Eylul. Honestly. And her affectations were so distracting, were her hands hiding her neck, or was she hiding her hands for some reason?
Kaan carried many scenes. I hope he was protected from the terrifying back stories going on.
I didn’t want to rewatch this again because I think Alinejat was miscast, Murat is too creepy for words, and Umut is so unstable and the sighing (by Neslihan) was nauseating and shallow (until she got with Umut when she didn’t have to portray such a façade of duplicity).
After a break of 2 years I came back to this show because I learned Günaydın watching this and felt I could learn more Turkish words (knowing the plot ahead of time helps to pick up more vocab, which I absolutely love). I was taken with the great music (also a strength in Subat but that show I cannot watch twice because of the whiny female lead). This show sadly lacks the use of retrospective flashbacks to enhance the motivation of certain characters, (except for those used for the amourous moments of Eylul and AliNejat), so there is little psychological depth that I find in other dramas like Hatırla Gönül and Behzat Ç.
Therefore I came to accept that this writer wanted to paint a woman who likes cars and likes her surly boy/man; she being a girl/woman who is hyper masculine, likes violence in the hospital corridor, likes to be in gun fights, etc and that is the pivotal goal of the show. The writer liked her more than the doctor who was helping children live. Seriously. That is my conclusion.
However, in the end I want to thank EndomolShine and this TurkishDrama page so we can extol these gems and rant about our feelings. My goal was reached. I learned more Turkish and I was taken with how many words I have already learned (like gerçekten mi) since I started watching Turk TV. I love so much about the Turk language and culture. Gerçekten mi!

    1. I so agree about your assessment of the two lead female characters! I wonder if there were some women writers, and then they changed the writers- I had to stop watching after the mopey, skinny pining x came back. Naz was one of the most healthy powerful female characters- I hated to see what the writers did to her and the child-

      1. I just randomly started to watch a Turk movie last night on YouTube starring our Naz character and in this one she is a strong person also and can’t have children so I thought, is she typecast or what? It is called Rüzgar or Wind (2018).

  125. The final 11 episodes of the show contradict the first 20 episodes. Disjointed storyline between the 2 parts unfortunately.
My disappointment wasn’t killing the main female character to exit her role, it’s the disrespect towards the first 20 episodes of over 2 hour length each that felt a waste of time watching, for the fact that the first part of the series became meaningless after adding the rest of the finale 11 ep.
The storyline towards the end with eylül wasn’t strong enough with very shallow background to it, couldn’t keep up.
A conversation between murat and ali najat before the birthday party indicated that there was no existence of eylül and again between feyza and naz confessing that ali najat was never serious about anybody else before naz. how do you compare solid character as naz with …. eyloul?
There was so much sadness, tears and depression, why?! Please cut it down, life is still beautiful.
Remembering watching few scenes on my MacBook, one where the main male character standing in the hospital corridor where his face was bleeding after a fight earlier, his fiancé was concerned about his serious injury while the ex girlfriend was smiling over it and made a comment that she is used to this type of violence while she is next to him. Wow my face lit up and couldn’t stop laughing when my partner caught me and made a comment asking me if was watching another episode of How I Met Your Mother LOL.

    1. It’s an escape especially during this lockdown.
Beautiful homes and ok fashion – as an animal lover it hurts to hear poor dogs being chased off probably with stones or worse in the background – saw other Turkish soaps this year and their animal control method is primitive. Stray dogs and poor cats without any hope – AND those that keep dogs tie them outside with chains to their necks – let’s also mention the “festive animal sacrifices” they like incorporating.

    2. I just wanna fast forward to the end
The show completely sucks after Naz killing
And all the romantic moments that build the whole series
Just went down when the Ali wanna canceled the wedding
The kid man I felt bad about him
The dude go crz for a super model
Ex girl friend that couldn’t act @all was terrible
      I kind plz end this
      They kill the show anyways!

Black money Love, I really love it
I got rucked it in the Turkish shows lol
I was Brazilian never watched this kind of shows
25 years in America never watch SO
      N I got rucked turkishdrama
Love to see the culture n traditions
N damn I already can watch almost without reading the translation…dang
      But for me
The Character the disappointment me the most was
Ali Nejat love him @‘1st hate him after he ran after ex girl push girl friend @
The airport, he love Naz & his son so much n become this jerk, hate his I’m confused
      Dude please!

  126. I thoroughly enjoyed the Series, but was very disappointed with Ali and Eiylu’s relationship. What he did to Naz was unforgivable and I’m grateful that you killed her character off before he called off the Wedding. I understand that Eiylu was his first true love but she should have boarded that Plane and left him be. She was also very spoiled and childish. I think Kasn had more intelligence than she did! I love, love, love Enver but I don’t know if Feyza deserves him. She was warned over and over again about Murat and didn’t listen, so she got what she deserved. And not once during their Courtship did Ali ever really kiss Naz passionately on the Lips…who doesn’t do that…even after you propose, nothing??? Very disappointed! While I do agree that Kaan was very spoiled, what an excellent Little Actor to have taken on such a huge role. My favorite Characters are Ibo, Enver, Naz, the 2 Maids, Aysen and Ali’s Best Friend, the Chef and Granfather Hasar. I hope you do better with the next Season and take all of these Comments into consideration, because Feyza shot herself EXACTLY the same way, same place that Didem did and she lived…how??? Oh well, maybe that will be explained.

  127. Watched it till halfway through the 2nd season can’t really imagine anyone who would be so ill fated in any lifetime and be surrounded by the cast who were equally in the same boat. To say it became depressing is an understatement. Not my idea of entertainment. Black dark dull depressing each episode becomes worse than the next. I read through quite a few reviews thankfully I didn’t waste the time to watch the 3 seasons…..worst show I think I’ve ever watched

  128. I’ve just watched this AGAIN, only because I just could not understand where it went belly up the first time I watched it. So here is my conclusion if it matters at all. Where it fails is Naz. She is this heroine.; Intelligent, a medical specialist. She falls in love with an egotistical millionaire playboy with a penchant for fast cars. He is looking for redemption from a very broken past and finds an anchor in this brilliant and caring doctor. This series starts out strong and promising with this duo at its core. All the other stories around this duo pale into insignificance whenever they appear on screen. The chemistry is undeniable. Naz then goes from this very promising strong character, to a whimpering, weak, needy, gullible idiot when she should have just stuck to what she is good at and that is saving young lives. Ali Najat turns into a near narcissist.
If the producers were interested in creating a real strong series, they would have developed her character into someone resilient, defiant not beaten by a man with no real substance and his college exgirlfriend.
Naz should have been given the chance to be with someone of her caliber. A specialist like herself. Someone she has a great deal in common with, someone who has far more substance than the indecisive character of Ali Nejat. It makes one wonder whether Turkey is interested in the elevation of successful women. If Ali Nejat is the epitome of a successful bachelor in Turkey then women take heed, death is evidently the result. Such a shallow man, no convictions, no backbone.
The whole thing should be remade with a rewrite of the core characters.
So much and yet such little delivery.
    Highly Disappointing.

    1. Excellent synopsis. I was so invested in this series until the old girlfriend resurfaced and it didn’t fit the storyline. I knew things were going to go downhill, so rather than suffer through that, I googled responses to the series. I will not watch any further. What a shame to ruin such a beautiful beginning. The old girlfriend was an adolescent “first love” relationship. The relationship with Naz was an adult, meaningful, and deep relationship. They messed this up big time. It’s like a train wreck that I refuse to participate in. Tragedy indeed.

      1. Hi Sheryl
Thank you for your reply. I encourage you to watch Sadece Sen. It’s a wonderful compensation to the rubbish we’ve both experienced from the Erdrmol Shine production of Intersection.

    2. Wow Maya- I was going to write something else but I rather just respond to your intelligent synopsis. I am a New Yorker and a Phd feminist Psychologist over 50. I deal with a lot of trauma, so this was a total escape for me. I loved the character of Naz and I also loved her mother and how strong she was as a single mom. Their relationship allowed us a glimpse of their closeness and
and also some of their problems when her mother did not approve of her husband because he was not good to her, or appreciative of her. I loved the roles of women in this – there were so many !! I totally agree with you about Naz being the shero! I was so upset with the way that she became diminished – Also I wanted to see some passion from Ali because she is a beautiful vibrant woman. It wall went downhill for me when Ali’s x whimpering, shallow comes in and overshadows Naz. But in reflection I think that this was totally realistic – not sure if the writers were that deep in their intent. But what happened is real- he was a narcissistic playboy before and this deep, bright, wonderful woman could not change his core. A beautiful little boy could not either. He is a damaged man who looks outside himself for action and life. Naz we too deep and too consistent for him. I loved her character- I loved the lawyer in the third season. The third season wa a missed match and nonsense. But again it was an escape with wonderful acting – and dont get me started on Fazza-

      1. Thanks Patti for your reply.
I’m afraid there’s not enough therapy sessions for all involved, really, as you do aptly remarked. Especially for the child, Kaan. Who is destined to be a by product of this misogynistic environment. I myself feel like I need some therapy after watching this fiasco; The most put together man of the lot, is Genco. He was brilliant -and loved Umuts sister unconditionally.
I also have a feeling that Naz was going through some personal hardship in her divorce at the time of the making of this series; and was restricted (perhaps by her spouse), to kiss Ali Nejat on the lips on screen, where other romantic liaisons it seems were permitted to express their passion one to the other. I feel Endemol Shine were under the pressure to tip toe around the problem. It seems to me, after some light research that Naz premature exit from the series had a great deal to do with her divorce.
The series did one great thing for me. It opened up a whole new world of talent I was unaware of. I follow Belcim Bilgin (Naz) on Instagram. I hope she branches into international fame. I find her very engaging and extremely talented. All the actors on Intersection were quite brilliant it was the story writers, that let them down and perhaps too, off screen drama.

        1. HI! Wow so interesting about the actress going through a divorce then- She is so lovely. From your recommendation earlier I watched the film Sade Senece and got my fix of these two getting their romance! What a heartbreakingly beautiful film. Presently I am watching GONUL and I really like it. It is pretty ridiculous, but I can not put on the news! xx

    3. Maya,
In your Dec. 10th post, you wrote that maybe the real-life spouse of Naz restricted her kissing on the lips. I was wondering the same thing because it seems like it would be difficult for any real-life spouse to watch even a pretend love affair.
In your March 26th post, you wrote that Ali Nejat didn’t have backbone. The main reason that I disagree with that is that he pushed back against Murat and Tajik. He directly confronted both of them, saying specifically how he was displeased.

  129. I watched 2 other Turkish drama series on Netflix. Intersection was my third. I loved the series and was very upset when Maz was killed. She was a wonderful character. Towards the end of the second season I wondered if a normal family might be added to the group. Poor Naz, first dealing with her foolish husband, and then when everything looked perfect with Ali Nejat, he starts to lose his mind, and fall for his first girlfriend.
I loved your entire show, and wonder if it will continue, or is Murat on the roof the last scene?
By the way, the clothing design was fabulous, everyone looked wonderful.
    Best regards Doreen Denice Syed

  130. very addictive the first few episodes. Then down hill all the way.
Kaarn cute for an hour or two, then send him to boarding school or to holiday camp.
    A freakish brat.

  131. It was going fine and then just lost interest at end of Season 1. Was hoping it would pick up all the important points. And MOVE. Lost all interest in Naz. There is something so unforgiving about all that pining about Umut. After the fight and the miscarriage. The lionizing of a bully was too much. And the Kaan script? It was cute with two episodes. So much of these episodes trying to pander to a spoiled brat’s whims? Here are things to appease you. It is too much attention where there needn’t be any. Put him in kindergarten and let’s move on. Let him evolve as any other kid does and should. I am sure the adult world doesn’t wait around to see 2 hours of this kid.

There is drama and then there is real drama. This just sunk under character studies that are just flat and haven’t any growth. The intro of the villainous Murat can’t save it.

    1. Wow! I loved Kaan. He was my favorite character and the only one I needed to know was always going to be alright. That little actor was outstanding.

Regarding the leads Ali Nejat and Naz, I loved their chemistry and thought it really strange that the showrunners didn’t exploit it. Their relationship kept progressing yet we never saw them kiss each other on the lips. Very strange.

The killing of Naz; the abrupt ending; the always-winning, slimy Murat; the entire storyline with the returning mother; and many, many loose ends left me feeling very frustrated. I think something happened behind the scenes of the show because the deterioration of the series on screen made no sense.

  132. I really enjoyed reading Joan’s comments, especially the bit about predictions. As for the English subtitles I agree, some editing wouldn’t hurt. We all make mistakes but ‘stuff’ like he vs she, its vs it’s (this one is so frequent some people who misspell it don’t even realise, right, Joan?:-) is not hard to spot.
I was so shocked to see how quickly and suddenly Ali Nejat forgot about Naz, which only reinforces a stereotype about men. He seemed so sweet, well-mannered and considerate. One message that is pervasive through the film is ssexism.men slapping their sisters is not a pretty sight. Naz not doing much about being pushed and then losing her baby. Hmmmm. I’m worried about all the emotional ups and downs and how that affected the child who played Kaan’s part. Lastly, many actors in the film deserve lots of praise, but I found Eyluul’s part very fake, unnatural and childish. I watched the whole series and hope there is more but better, with a better script, plot, less crying, better acting and more humane characters.

    1. Thanks for your reply to my comment Amalia…I forgot to mention one major fact of importance: This drama is written, directed and acted by Turkish professionals whose culture and religion differ from mine and perhaps yours too; Especially re: Western Europe and North America. Unfortunately, most brothers don’t slap their sisters in my culture and don’t care enough to beat up their wayward boyfriends…Personally I found such concern refreshingly admirable even though a bit out of hand!
There are many differences between Modern Turkey and a more Western culture with room on both sides for an exchange of Positive customs re: family unity through Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding…So Far I am learning the Turkish language watching Turkish Dramas! Oh and don’t forget those marvelous fashions plus the glowing fusia colored Bosporus Bridge!

      1. PS: I didn’t mean that I support an older brother slapping his grown sister!!! However, Umut stood in for his deceased father and took family responsibility to discipline his younger sister and punish her boyfriend according to his culture and religion…If you recall, the mother did not interfere as Turkish Muslim society is patriarchal where men rule their family until they pass away when their older son takes over. Also, you will note that it is very common for single Turkish men and women to live at home with their family until they marry; Contrary to Western culture where as soon as young men and women turn 18 or graduate University, they rush to live on their own…Not all but most! This has led to loss of family unity which contributes to too many dating and marrying for all the wrong reasons; Especially because they marry to avoid the stress of dating…And Ali should have used my favorite 4-letter word=
N E X T ! Which would prevent him from proposing to a woman he didn’t realize he didn’t want until something better came along in the form of Eyul with their heavy kissing scene on the beach where Eyul looked as if she hadn’t eaten for a week as she hungrily devoured Ali with her mouth! And then he decided to opt out the night before the wedding! Conveniently, beautiful Naz was murdered which saved Ali from looking like a complete Cad!!!! ( I am sure that the actor portraying Ali in real life is a charming, nice guy as well as the actress playing Eyul is a very nice person in spite of looking as if she has an eating disorder !). All-in-all, I love Turkish Drama and think that Turkey has beautiful scenery and beautiful people!

  133. I just finished viewing series 1-3 and was mesmerized throughout. The acting and plot is fantabulous keeping me thoroughly entertained; However…there are a few irritating and highly predictable points that should have been edited, rewritten and directed for an intelligent national and international audience.! For instance, Naz, Eylul plus Neslihan we’re all physically very similar except that Eylul looked as if she was anorexic and actedvery childish! What happened to Ali Nejet’s sudden fluff of blond hair and that unkempt beard that has no sign of blond in it? He Can’ t carry off such a wild beard that does not enhance his appearance plus, He does not have the skin tone for light hair which transforms a very handsome man into something ridiculous. Also Fayza looked as old or older than her long lost mother; And was anything but the great beauty she was made out to be; Especially next to such an Elegantly handsome man who, with his wonderful gray hair still looked way above her league as bony females are not healthy, appealing features. There is nothing personal in my opinion but I am certain that every normal individual would agree. Murat resembled the walking dead and the end of season 3 ( episode 5) putting Murat in that wheelchair on top of a heliport brings to mind the obvious corruption that seems to be a way of life in Turkey where so many trained, educated law enforcers did not have a clue and kept arresting innocent people…And it took an unknown female pro bono lawyer to solve the case which, against all odds, freed AliNajat and his long lost mother plus found who murdered Naz! I am not a Turkish citizen and nor do I claim Istanbul residency…But…It is a fantasy or a sham, to have so many inadequacies within your Turkish Government agencies…And then put them on film! Now for something that is insulting to all English speaking peoples…Your English subtitles are for the most part, grammatically incorrect ! I am sure you must have an American born editor? I am a professional writer and English teacher to foreign students and companies. English is the most difficult language of all the Romance languages. You write “ he” for both a man and a woman instead of He or She….Since the subtitles are not in slow motion, as they go by so quickly to give way to the next one…it’s a bit perplexing until you look up and realize what gender is being discussed and meanwhile I must press “replay” to read the rest of the translation! Also the repeated use of the word “stuff” is not what educated adults express to describe their belongings! The correct words is: “Things”. “ stuff is usually used by young teeens and a mother entering her child’s messy room with clutter everywhere as she says: “what is all this stuff?” You will have my E-Mail address where you may (means permission not can which means ability) ask for my English expertise re: editing skills. All-in-all I love the concept of your story as the acting is superb and I love Genco who we first see as a big, bulky, good natured mechanic; Who turns out to be a genuine, loyal, good, kind and decent man that all women want; Yet not until after their hearts are broken and when they finally mature to appreciate what’most Important for happiness! I’m eagerly waiting to see season 4 and hope the opening scene shows a big serious windy storm that literally pushes Murat in his wheelchair, plunging off the heliport to his death! ( Or a helicopter upon it’s landing creating enough wind to achieve the same effect!) I would also love to see Enver fall in love with the beautiful lawyer and remain just friends with Fayza and her exceptional diamond ring! Also to consider his daughter he never knew he had. I would also like to see Genco marry Gochi. And what happened to the mother of Naz? I would love to see justice for Tarik… perhaps he returns to the top of the heliport attempting a second injection for Murat when the helicopter is landing, creating cyclonic wind, and he is pushed off to his death with Murat as due to his loss of balance in his attempt to steady himself, the unshielded injection he was holding in his unsteady hand accidentally pushes Into his own body and both plunge to their death together! I have so many more ideas but I’ll leave that to you! Thank you for allowing me to post my comment and in closing, I wish all of you connected to INTERSECTION A “HAPPY NEW YEAR”…

    1. PS…Naz did not fall for Ali And suddenly dump her husband for him…If you recall, Naz was a victim of her husband’s uncontrollable, jealous temper and he shoved her while pregnant, when she fell and suffered a miscarriage! This is the 2nd time Naz lost her baby with her husband. Such things in anyone’s life and marriage even without the trauma of discord, is all too often, a cause for divorce! When Barris died in the auto crash, Enver and Faysa’s marriage was doomed to end! I think Naz’s actions we’re misinterpreted
as “ bitter” when she stood up for herself to Fayza; Especially with Fayza’s bad taste to argue with Naz at her hospital workplace which could be heard by staff, patients and visitors alike! Also…Fayza shot herself exactly where Kaan’s Mother shot and killed herself and Fayza lived which is very unrealistic and the writers should have had her attempt to shoot herself but had someone grab the gun away from her before she could pull the trigger! And too, Naz could easily have been knocked unconscious instead of killed and the wedding could have been postponed temporarily until Naz recovers. Ali would say goodbye to Eyul as she returns to Germany and in this way Ali would look like a man and not an overgrown spoiled little boy in long, ill fitting pants! Teeth whitener would work wonders on most of the actor’s teeth where mellow yellow is not In vogue! Kaan is an adorable, extremely confused, neglected and friendless little boy whose repeated whining began to become upsetting. I understand his abnormal living conditions but what I don’t understand is why Kaan was not in school before he was 7? He spent 1 day in preschool and didn’t want to go again and was allowed to dictate his fate to sleep in eveyone’s house as if playing musical chairs?… And what a ridiculous, ugly, unsafe all glass house where anyone can enter at will? Such a house could never be a proper home for most anyone; Especially a small child… When a man loves a woman…he shows his emotions beyond a peck on the cheek or a kiss on the forehead. Nothing like that was seen in this series except with Ali and Eyul which looked like a scene out of the movie: “Lolita!”

      1. Joan I liked reading your review of the show. It made me realize why I can’t go back and watch it again. I liked it because it was one of the first shows I watched in Turkish and liked how each character got a theme song. Genco and Kaan especially. I however can’t go back and rewatch it for all the reasons you named. I liked Naz’s Mom, and Alinejat looked like he was cast wrong for the part, I wish Enver hooked up with the lawyer too…I wonder how a child like the actor for Kaan is affected…and Fayza shot herself too well to recover. I have watched so many excellent shows since then with better writing and better pronoun distinction in the subtitles. But because the subtitles were SO messed up on the Behzat Ç show I had to watch it a second time since I missed all the clues of the murderers because of the pronouns. Thanks for your thoughts. Turk TV is awesome!

        1. I totally agree with you Jaine..that Ali
Was most definitely miscast. The actor portraying him, I thought, would look much better in the part of a Shiek in the desert ; Wearing traditional Arab garb while riding his trusty horse instead of driving fast cars! Also…instead of an outlandish glass house, he would live in his more functional luxurious tent! And…Regarding women….when his moody disposition
forces him to act stupid… he always has his horse! 😇

  134. Are there only 3 seasons? It cant end with Murat on the roof. Loved the whole series, but if Netflix is going to show a series, pkease show the entire series.

  135. I had to watch Sedace Sen to get closure on Ali Nejat and Naz. Absolutely preposterous proposal scene. No kiss on the lip abandon ship! Forget about watching the rest. That was a real sign for me.

  136. All the assessment was correct and more. A very bad series compared to other turkish productions. Actors were very superficial and the worst is Eylul, is she truly an actress?! Senario is totally primitive. and not worth spending more for an additional season. Totally commercial, I am really sorry for such evaluation.

  137. Just I like to say that the translations to Spanish was excellent. We are Cubans Refugee, we live in Miami for the last 45 years and the best series for me, was Intersection, muy only complint is the final.
Any way, the Turkish series in Miami, for the Spanish people, is incredible. By the way a family relatives to me is in traveling to Istanbul, because we can see in the series how beautiful is this City.

My only consent is that we don’t have another movie, like that Saudence On, with this two Actors (Ibrahim and Belgin) they are together the BEST

  138. Que pena, tan bonita serie y la terminaron muy fea…todos los actors son divinos. Como se exlica que de un amor tan grande a Naz y de pronto todo se queda en el aire….la escritora de la serie no calculo bien el effect negative de ese final…

  139. The whole reason for watching the show was Naz and Kaan. I wanted to see if Ali Nejat would ever realize what he did to Karan’s mother. Now all my reasons for watching the show are over. I like the supporting cast but why I kept watching episode after episode was to see more of Naz. If she’s truly dead. I’m beyond upset and finished watching the show. I have nothing left to root for. I agree with the other comments regarding the changes in the show. Why Eylul?? When the show started with Ali Nejat having a heart of stone. I could never get into that storyline. If it would have had Ali and Naz come out stronger I would have loved it. Now it’s like why break up her marriage. Have her care for Kaan Just to kill her. To me the main interest for the show is over. Feyza can be shot in the chest and live but Naz can’t? This turn of events makes no sense.

    1. You are right. What I can think is the actress was unable to continue. Was she pregnant? Looked like. Would like to know the reasons behind.

    2. I very much agree M.Gabbard . I watch the series until Naz was murder, then I lost the interest in the series. I thought Naz and Ali will reunite and there will be happy ending. I do not understand how storyliners drags story. I like the supporting cast and Feyzal acting.

  140. I am hypnotized by all the eastern Europe TV Netflix has come up with. Probaby have watched 250 episodes. Modern and ancient. Was troubled when Karadayi ended mid story. Same with Intersection. I found Naz silly, shallow and annoying. First, she dumps Umut emotionally as soon as she meets Ali Nejat. Then she goes all jealous when Eylul shows up for solid reasons. Eyliul and Ali amd Umut are all dreamers. Kaan became such a brat by midseason that I skipped over his scenes, although after he hired the lawyer to defend his father, I started following him again. Everyone loves everyone else forever and will never leave there side only to be gone shortly theresfter when trouble arrives. I like the more natural settings of the early episodes and those of S3 less. It seems that Turkey has s problem (and we do too) of the arch villain being almost comoletely obscure and I don’t mean our presidents. I was starting to skip over Naz’s scenes by the time she was removed. I would think many would tire of her just adoring all that passed by. Her mother was awful and showed where Naz got her near-surface bitterness. I would like to see this story carry on although considerably more new and varied themes would be needed,

    Robert

    1. I found Naz character is annoying as well and glad she was removed. Her mother character qualms as annoying. I still think Kaan is the star of this soap opera. I love the chemistry between Ali Nejat and Eylul, they make such good couple together

    2. Robert …Your comments expressed your point
of view which is shared by many. However , I
Can’t comprehend why you saw fit to mention
      “Our Presidents” in the context of being obscure;
Which is not relavent to anything regarding Intersection! I honestly doubt if you are aware of the fact that politics (political comments) has no place in your personal review; Especially when you are commenting online about a Turkish drama, to a foreign Turkish company. With much hope, Joan

  141. Find a way to bring Naz back. Her and Ali Nejat made a good looking couple. I writing dose not work. I have scene the same type of writing change in another TV Show. The show ended for lack of viewership interest.

  142. intriguante Neslihan, Umut and Genco are my favorite characters. And Kaan of course- he is a real STAR of the entire show. Neslihan facial expressions are priceless. “Umut” acting was great. Genco is the man of the show.
I did’t care for Naz or Ali Nejat. Naz was irritating me through season 1, both, her “character” and Belçim Bilgin acting. It got better in Seasons 2 and 3. Ali Nejat had one sulky facial expression through all episodes. He couldn’t even express his love for Kaan. He is a miscast for the leading role. Ibrahim Celikkol (Ali Nejat) is better suited for the roles of Gladiator or some dumb criminal. All he is capable of is sulking and lips tightening.
Murat is another interesting character. Feyza drove me nuts.
“Death” of Naz didn’t ruin the show for me.
Too bad Netflix stooped the series mid season 3.

  143. All I read here is true. To much tragedy. Actors are good & very well dressed, but please clean & fix their teeth. Very good views, but to much tragedy. We all like a well done final.

  144. I just finished watching season 1-3 of Intersection on Netflix. My introduction to the country of Turkey and it’s people has been through watching these Turkish Dramas on Netflix. This is # 6. I was thrilled to see a series that showed modern day Turkey and people. Up to this point, most of what I have seen has been historical. I enjoyed seeing the beautiful city of Istanbul and all the views. I loved seeing the average Turkish family and their interaction with each other. The beginning of this series was wonderful. I was glued to the T.V. waiting to see what was going to happen next. The first two seasons were wonderful. The love story between Ali Nejat and Naz was keeping my attention. This smart, beautiful, professional woman with beautiful heart was turning this rich, wounded, playboy into a man. He pursued her and she fell in love with him. They were a good match. He wined and dined her and ask her to marry him. He looked into her eyes and told her he loved her and when she said “yes”, he kissed her on the forehead! WHAT?? He began to turn into a DOG at that point. What handsome, virile, hot, man is going to kiss her on the forehead? That was as bad as shaking her hand. Then, the ex-girlfriend came into the picture and this DOG became a UGLY DOG when he asked her to stay in Istanbul. This wild-eyed ex-girlfriend was too young and stupid. She was definitely not a match for this handsome man that had become a UGLY DOG. He was playing them both…shame on this UGLY DOG. THEN, NAZ IS KILLED!!!!! This UGLY DOG OF A MAN was messing with the ex-girlfriend immediately after her death. For all the crying and whining he was doing, he had no heart. He was a self centered man and he did not deserve this fine woman. At this point, I did not want to watch anymore of this show. However, I did watch the third season. I cannot figure out what happened. The show changed and became stupid after that. The shock and awe that was written into this series did not make the show. The woman that the writers killed in this show ended this show for many watchers. I don’t quite understand why Turkish writers always kill the women in the shows. Do these male writers have a hatred of women??? I watched Filinta and all three of the lead women in that show were murdered. Now, in this show – Intersection – the lead woman is murdered. You always write about hate and misery in the lives of these characters but I never see any real happiness. People have enough misery in their everyday lives without constantly watching it on T.V. Why can’t you allow your characters have a little bit of love and happiness once in a while? I loved this series at first but in the end, I felt sadness, frustration and wished I had not watched it. Which was a real shame as it could have been a real hit!!!

My congratulations to the actors and actresses in this show. They were all fantastic and did a great job. I loved Genco in the show. He was the REAL MAN! The young boy that played Kaan did a good job.

RIP, NAZ!!!! That dirty dog that did you in should get his due…..and I am not talking about her real killer… which had to be the nasty, rotten, grandfather that turned out to be the devil.

LOL…These Turkish Dramas really get my dander up…I think that is what you are trying to do. If so, you have been successful.

  145. So who actually killed Naz? I mean the actual gun man? Was it the father who got outta bed and killed her? When she saw the gun man she had said “oh it’s you”?

  146. ***spoiler alert***
Thought show was excellent ! Totally lost interest when they killed off naz ! She was very important and her love for Ali nejats son was incredible ! Not finishing show ! Just lost interest! I really can’t believe they did away with her character!

    1. I agree with you. I definitely lost interest when they killed off Raz. Very disappointed. She always there for the boy.

    2. It was so disappointing and shocking to have watched Naz’ character killed off in Season III, episode I. I have no desire to continue this series. Naz was the center of the entire series. Her love, intelligence, good sense, compassion and loyalty was admirable. Then they brought this new girl (Ali’s former girlfriend) into the series, which ruined the lives of Ali and Kaan. And, why did this third season jump so far ahead. Season II finished with Naz and Ali having separated. Then Season III begins with them preparing for their wedding, but Ali is acting wimpy and whiny about it. (He was the one that pursued Naz and loved her so much, until the old girlfriend suddenly came back.) Also, Feyza kills herself at the end of Season II. but is now alive and fine in Season III. This first episode of Season III makes no sense at all. And, other than Naz’ mother, most of the other characters in this series hardly seemed upset that Naz was gone! And why weren’t Mr. Hasan and his wife at Naz funeral? Also, why were her co-workers from the hospital there? Ali was acting so weird, and moving out of Turkey and starting over were his ideas. He got Naz to quit her job and make all these arrangements for nothing. Ali has turned out to be a very disappointing character, in my view! Season III is just plain wrong!!!

  147. I enjoyed the whole series, but was disappointed when they killed off NAZ, so had to keep watching until the end so to find out who killed her and why? And it all happened after she went to visit that woman at that institution who was obviously being imprisioned and no one was allowed to talk to her !! The climax towards the end and also when Ali was released from prison- thanks to his incredible lawyer who fought to seek justice on behalf of is lovable son Kaan – and that she pursued this case relentlessly that made my interest see this series to the end. Good that Murat got his just deserves for being the disgusting man he was even though it was in the hands of that devil Tarik who eventually turned out not being the father of Ali and fehza’- and than he was a disabled patient at home – obviously the new nurse and doctor was in fact his aides – I liked his old girlfriend – even though her role changed and soon became his girlfriend again – just really disappointed why the script writers changed the story line – killed her off – ali becoming a walking sad misfit but soon changed when his mother made a final debut to reveal why she was imprisioned for so many years/ Will there a series 4 ???

  148. Was obsessed with this until they killed Naz .she made Ali grown up and be human>i cant believe he starts living with his first love like in 3 days after naz was killed .WHERE CAN WE SEE REST OF INTERSESSION ? It just ended on 5th episode

    1. It is clear that the showrunners took fright when Belcim Bilgim left the show. (Debate around the reasons why….) They panicked as ratings collapsed and made it ridiculous. The ‘old love’ didn’t exist until the change in the 2nd season – look at the early frequent grayscal flashbacks of the Baris car-crash. She wasn’t in them!! I hated that they re-wrote Alinejat from being a good, growing adult/father falling mutually in deep love with Naz. All of a sudden he turns to this ‘old love – retro-fitted in’. His character became a total jerk; his deep love for son Kaan was kicked out as well. Also the final episodes didn’t make sense. Loving engagement was broken off, yet she was in the end preparing for her wedding. What the ????? I got a very poor opinion of TV ‘drama’ screen-writers after this silly re-write. If they wanted a turned-story, they could have sent her off to study abroad but allow for a return later.

  149. I don’t think I ever cried this much in a movie when Naz was killed ! That shouldn’t have happened !!! Bring naz back if there will be a 4th season. And the ending was so bad !!! Too many unanswered questions. Winter sun had an amazing ending !!!!

    1. I feel the same way. I am checking on YouTube and It shows there are four seasons. I think Netflix for some reason does not have the rest of the episodes. This happened with Loce ans Punishmne . I checked youtube and they finally put the remainder of the episodes and I could finish the story.

      1. I loved this series and could not believe how the showrunners ended it. The gossip through viewers’ comments is/was that Belcim Bilgin pulled out of the production. We will never know if she as an avowed feminist objected to the writers’ intentions. I’d say to anyone, view only to Ep 20 (I can’t understand people believing in this story after the writers manufactured the ‘old girl-friend/1st love’ to get themselves out of a hopeless hole. There were other options around Belcim leaving the show. Maybe leave a break then bring in a later series? They even inserted awful Eylul into the many replays of the Baris accident!! The dizi began with the makings of a reckless young man Alinejat through the love of a good woman, and the treasuring of a lovely young late-found son – maturing and believable – to be a show that would warm hearts and give story resolution. But what a disgrace! For those who did watch through after Naz’s murder – I never got to understand how it was after a broken engagement they got to be planning the wedding!!! And Alinejat being written in as wanting to cancelling the wedding the evening before. Ridiculous!! And add the fact that they altered his appearance to be a loser and a jerk. No thanks. I advise – just love it until the roses-in-the-office scene. Then Finito!!

  150. All I want to know is…. is there going to be a season 4!!!! The series can’t end that way.I was upset when I was left hanging about lovebird and how that series ended.

    1. When will you show season 4??? It’s like reading a novel without an ending. If season 3 is the end, what an ugly way to end
      a story.

  151. I am at S3E5, not quite through it all. My feeling about Naz was that she was quite a selfish person, having put Umut in a position to postpone his dream while she pursued hers, belittling him for wanting to pursue his car designing. Then, she later supported and withdrew support for Ali Nejat’s same car pursuit. For me, it’s not sexual chemistry I’m missing here, but that she was a very cold character — except for tenderness toward her patients and Kaan. Maybe the writing for this character falls short? Even though the young actor is good, the character of Kaan gets way too much adult attention. Genco and Umut are my favorite characters. I think Rojda Demirer (Neslihan) is a very beautiful woman. I’m hoping things between she and Umut become better. I hate Murat (I know, we’re supposed to). And where is Enver? I can’t believe Enver brought Murat into his little scheme to win Feyza back, and is NOT keeping an eye on this evil man!

    1. Umut was abusive and impulsive. I cannot for the life of me understand any defense of this character. I could not stand him nor Murat.

  152. If you want to actually see what chemistry looks like between the actors that play Naz and Ali Nejat watch the movie called “Only You” on Netflix. She plays a young blind woman and he is an ex boxer who meets and falls in love with her. It was a wonderful film and they made it in 2014 before Intersection. There is some violent fight scenes but the love story itself is lovely and I enjoy the actors together very much.

    1. Lovebird was ambivalent. He smiled (sort of?!) in the last scene. Audience totally deflated!
Winter Sun is an answer to the too-often Turkish showrunners love of sad endings. Do they like buckets of sad tears in their audiences? Beats me! (Yes I know tears can be of warm heartfelt possitivity, also.)

  153. Thanks to this series which I watched on Netflix, I’m now cured of my desire to watch soaps. this thing made me lose over 60hrs of my life which I will never get back because it had a great storyline at first but wrecked my soul in the end. I was mad by mid-season 2 when the romance and chemistry between Ali and Naz wasn’t developing. I was even more mad, when they tried to bring an even younger beautiful competition to the picture which was insanely unfair. And finally what put the last nail in the coffin, was Naz being killed off as if she was nothing in this series. I would advise Netflix not to air such plotless series which leave you broken hearted and broke for no reason (ps: no hate for the actors even Ali, I know they did what they were told).

This suckked bad but changed my life. Never ever will I ever waste such amt of time in my life, Never

    1. dee – Thank you for your post. Your comments are accurate to a Tee. The thought of Naz dying makes me not want to watch either. I’m in Season 2 and now officially DONE! However, there is ONE Turkish series with a happy ending , BURNT COCOON. Try it.

      1. I am also finished with these series that always make one person get away with everything. So disappointed they killed Raz off and did not get married. She was so good and were good together . Loved her ! Did not like Eylul. She was a backstabber. Why did they kill her. Very upsetting.

    2. Yes I am a Naz fan. She helped Ali develop as a man. Hated the fact he went to old girl friend before wedding and the childhood relationship was introduced. Hoped she was the killer so we could get rid of that character. Didn’t like him invite if her into their life.
Enjoy Turkish tv and liked this series but will probably not watch next season because I dont want Ali going backwards to old car dream enough with Baris already.
Loved were Musrat ended up. In the grip of the devil.

      1. It probably made some sense that amidst all the lovely things about Alinejat growing as a person in his love for Naz (watch the first few episodes – he was so struck with her!) – that the car obsession wouldn’t die easily. But inventing Eylul was awful. Notice the scene in the hospital corridor when Alinejat has a punch-up (shows his deteriorating persona) and she giggled as if it was a joke. A shallow air-head woman she was – and how could the show-runners think that we would think Kaan was realy going to be cared for by undone Alinejat and this silly woman?

    3. Dee, your comment is hilarious! I feel your pain. Having devoted many hours myself, this show left my mouth agape yet cursing at the same time. Couldn’t take my eyes of Ibrahim Cellikol, but in my real life he would get kicked to the curb so fast!! Grow a backbone!

  154. I just finished watching the last episode of series 3 on Netflix. Killing off Naz was a terrible mistake and the little boy who played Kaan was the star of the whole show! I do believe that the last episode, final scene was worth hating the actor that played Murat through the whole series!!! Finally seeing him get what he had coming to him was well worth it. Even though Tarik (the Father) walked off (who didn’t see that coming lol), it was still worth the cost of admission – grin!!! Eylul seemed like a child compared to Naz and getting her together with Ali Nejat so soon (after Naz died) was just WRONG. I was frustrated that the chemistry between Naz and Ali Nejat was never developed. Even the virgin Gokce got more action than Naz did and she had a baby out of wedlock! The scenes between Ali Nejat and Eylul showed some steam but with Naz, he kissed her like his sister. Get real! I realize that Turkish series can be conservative but Ali and Naz seemed ultra conservative for no reason. I would love to see more of this series, there were so many plot lines left unfinished.

    1. I’ve seen a lot of Turkish dizi after this one, and it seems that while its okay for people to pull out of a gun in passion and kill someone (Yes, even ‘nice’ characters!) but wanting to properly kiss someone you love is thought of as BAD! That is happens in many dizi, unfortunately. View Merhamet (Mercy) and you will see the wonderful Ibrahim Celikkol show his ability to screen-kiss with the best. He knows how to play the lover. Sadece Sen film shows he and Bilgin were lovers. It’s easy for a director to fade and cut for the audience to know they are lovers for real. No need for explicit filming. Adults can ‘read’ if there is good direction. That didn’t happen in Kordugum. Sister got the same embrace and kiss as the woman he loved!

  155. The show portrays life as it is. I love the view of the Bridge over the Bósforo.
Netflix has only 5 episodes of the last season. Hope they will show the last ones

  156. An absorbing story that meandered onto a rather weak conclusion. The initial interesting plot development and sympathy with the main characters descends into apathy as they are put through inconsistent and inexplicable behaviours. That may be the reason for Ali Najat’s monolithic expression throughout the 3rd season

  157. Loved this series and so many other Turkish series & movies. More please. However, it is difficult not to be critical about the inconsistencies in series 3. Apart from those mentioned by other viewers, what happened with –
    1. The great shipping auction conspiracy
    2. Murat’s devious plans for revenge on the Karas family
    3. The reason for Ali Nejat’s mother being locked away for decades

Has the series finished or will these questions be answered?

    Inconsistencies include –
    1. Ali Nejat’s total change in behaviour towards Naz
    2. Kaan’s change in behaviour towards Ali’s girlfriend for no apparent reason and him putting Naz aside so easily.
    3. So much occurring within such a short time frame from Naz’s death to Ali being released
    4. We left season 2 with Naz giving back her engagement ring & start season 3 with her getting married with no explanation for her change of heart, especially when Ali’s girlfriend was still on the scene
    5. Ali’s girlfriend was not believable. She was too young & immature to consider a viable marriage prospect let alone a mother for Kaan
    6. The great shipping auction conspiracy went nowhere! We were led to believe it was designed to bring down the Karas company. What happened?
    7. Why was Murat in contact with the man who planned the car crash that killed Baris when the whole thing was orchestrated by Tarik & he & Murat hated one another?

  158. it made no sense why the character role of Naz had been eliminated and killed off. .It didn’t sit well with most viewers. Was she asking for higher pay?! Usually they kill off characters by sheer politics and giving influence and/or preference to award the role by the one with strong connection within the production. Too bad!!

    1. Hi Myrna,

Belcim Bilgin left the following message on Instagram just before she left the Turkish drama Intersection (Kordugum):

A farewell which says “this was how everything thing had begun”, may be my dear friend had written for a new beginning..It was a new beginning we had set off the journey with a lot of dreams and I met Naz in Italy and this was how everything had begun…Nice weather, Italian gelato with the most delicious taste, the incredible excitement of breathing life into a new character! !!But things didn’t work as we “dreamed” of them and the story of Naz headed to a deadlock which upsets us all, the creater crew and me…So instead of pushing it, we decided to put an end to it for this project, keeping the respect for each other…What is essential is my respect to you, to myself, my colleauges…I can’t wait to meet you with other projects, with all my respect and love!

    2. Let’s give more and more encouragement for film-making. I am concerned that many Turkish people seem to think of TV dizi (soaps really except they’re only seasons-long; the Anglo versions are long long running. I love Foreign film festivals and am disappointed that few come from Turkey. Sadece Sen was wonderful, but borrowed froma Korean story! A film requires much more precise skills; it has a beginning, a development and and ending….. all in 2 hours or so. Let’s push for this please Turkey viewers. You have vast numbers of gorgeous, some very talented, actors. (use that word for both male and female please). Use them better!

  159. I am so cross that Naz is dead, I am in Season 3 Episode 2 ; how they can put a child to suffer so much??? and that behaviour of Ali Najak ???? the frog is the one that should have been killed

      1. I am also upset they killed Raz. I wanted them to get married This was a big mistake. So many viewers are upset with this. The writers need to be fired.

  160. I’m watching this on Netflix. I’m addicted to the show, I try and see an episode everyday. Not an easy thing to do as each episode is 2 hours long! Last night I saw the episode where Naz returns the ring back to Ali Najat. I agree with alot of those who commented here about the show starting out really well and then turned into a big disappointment. I’m still half way through and even I’m begining to find the show is becoming more and more disappointing. Ali Najat and Naz don’t even have much screen time now. The other characters who were supports are now becoming main characters. Hate how Ali Najat is behaving towards Naz. I’ll finish watching the remaining episodes (although I’m gutted that Naz is going to die soon) but I don’t know if I’ll want to watch any new seasons unless they bring Naz back.

    1. I tell my friends to enjoy it all and the lovely leading characters until partway through Ep 20 and the roses filling her office scene! Then sign off people. The whole thing becomes ridiculous.

  161. A série inicialmente me fascinou. Mas, os últimos capítulos foram decepcionantes, o enredo se perdeu e ficou desconexo. Uma pena…no entanto, as séries turcas me fascinaram e as assistirei com frequência.

  162. Please stop putting Ali in such disabilitating and crass positions. He has been positioned to be an honourable, beautiful, man with integrity, and these last episodes disregarding Naz and acting like a spineless love struck kid with his past love is crushing. He cannot be so small.

    1. Great comment. Yes Naz was good for Ali becoming a great man. Hatred him sliding backwards. ESP on the eve of wedding. Won’t watch 4th season I do like Enver & would like him to be good friends with Feyzna. And she become a strong CEO to head that company.

    1. So unbelievable that at least one person liked it. I’ve actually never seen such an appalling team of writers, who will have panicked when Belcim left; she wrote a kind message (above) but there must have been politics in there. The fact that she and the wonderful Ibrahim worked so beautifully as lovers in film Sadece Sen, then in this he can’t kiss her except as if she’s a sister!! What was that about.?Ridiculous that a man developing in maturity and trying to be a good man despite his sad childhood under his tyrant father – would turn into a jerk and a scowling loser. Worse insult was that we saw for everyone else, there’d be a visit to a gravesite in which that past loved one can say a few things that help the story along. Writiers didn’t even spare Alinejat 5 minutes screentime for that which might have made the re-direction more acceptable. Ridiculous! Eylul was obviously manufactured to be retro-inserted in the narrative. A waste of space. When she giggled at Alinejat losing his temper in the hospitable she showed as a total air-head. Naz was wise in that she knew that Alinejat could not pursue his car dream forever without destroying himself and the people he (was supposed to) love. I loved Alinejat character (and Ibrahim Celikkol!). Awful, awful decisions by the show-runners after all of 2-and-half long episodes. The captive viewers were gutted. Is this part of today’s ratings wars between the huge screen industry in Turkey/Istanbul. PLEASE writers/directors – do TV as well your film cinema counterparts show how.

    1. I tell all of my friends to view as far as Episode 20 and the roses-in-the-office scene. Enough already. Don’t wait for awful Eylul to appear. Everything “goes pear-shaped” as we say in my culture – after that.

    2. I loved this show until Naz was killed off. And I didn’t like when Ali Nejet we off to the airport to beg his ex. not to leave when he was supposed to be engaged to NAZ. There was a episode missing when they got engaged for the second time what lead them to try again & why did he get engaged to NAZ if he knew he wanted his ex. back. NAZ been beside him all this time and yet when his ex. Shows up now he have strong feeling for her. And why did NAZ have to die. I am very upset about how this show turned out . Also I noticed that Ali Nejet always kiss NAZ on her forehead or a kiss on her hand ; But, with Eylul he kissed her passionately

    1. What in the world happened to the direction of the series. It seemed as if Ali would not grow up and truly only thinks of ali. Kaan will never have stability in his life and all Nas good for was to 🚼sit. The ex was miscast and acted the a spoiled privileged immature child. Come on now how old were these characters. Loved Ibrahim, genco, and kaan.

  163. So disappointed with this show, they decided to kill off the star and most lovable personality in this series. How could they kill off Naz and replace her with that new character? I stopped watching after Naz died, the show died for me too.

  164. So disappointed how Intersection has developed, the show is about 3 main characters and they killed off the best character and replaced her with someone else who is less lovable. Thumbs down.

    1. The end did not make any sense. It was almost callous the way Ali Nejat moved on to the next lady. His behaviour matched how he was first portrayed at the start of the show. The careless playboy. And he needs to work on his facial experession. It was the same through out the whole show. His son was a pleasure to watch. And our lovely Nas didn’t have to die at all…..Hated the way the show ended.

  165. please tell us where we can buy the full first season with English subtitles — either digital streaming/download, or a DVD set. I would be willing to buy either, today, but I cannot find where to do so! It is not on Amazon.com, where I usually look, and I was only just introduced to this TV show via Netflix. I binge-watched the first 13 episodes, and now I am addicted. I must find out what happens next!!

Please post a link where I may purchase the remaining episodes. Thank you!

      1. Don’t bother. It suffered a dreadfully misguided re-write after Episode 20. Hopeless and incompetent after such a great start.

        1. Like many others was disappointed in 3rd series. Loved the accompanying music, is it available for sale anywhere? I’m in Scotland and becoming hooked on Turkish drama and all the fabulous leading male characters have restored my opinion of Turkish men in general. Hope to find more to watch and enjoy.
